Brain-computer interface technology for not dependent on the body’s own nerve and muscle tissue but via electronic devices in the brain and peripheral equipment to set up a new foreign exchange of information and control between channel characteristics is widely used in the field of artificial intelligence.In order to improve and improve the quality of life and mobility of elderly and disabled people,the research of intelligent wheelchair control system has become the focus.There are still many aspects of the existing intelligent wheelchair control system that need to be improved for people with poor self-care and poor mobility.Therefore,it is of great significance to study an intelligent wheelchair control system with convenient operation,flexible motion and high security.This article first to brain-machine interface and the current intelligent wheelchair system technical analysis,combined with the user requirements and product process,designed the intelligent wheelchair control system based on brain-computer interface technology overall scheme and hardware and software solutions.According to the scheme,the hardware and software of the control system are designed and the function of the experimental platform is built.The hardware part consists of two parts: the brain wave collection card and the microcontrol card.The brain signal was extracted from the brain wave collection card,and then transmitted via bluetooth to the microcontrol card.The brain electrical signals are processed by microcontrol card,which then drives motor movement to complete wheelchair movement.The design of brain wave acquisition card is based on TGAM chip and integrated bluetooth 4.0 wireless transmission module.The design of microcontrol card is based on ATMEGA328 and ATMEGA16 microcontroller and is designed according to Creative Commons license agreement.And integrated bluetooth 4.0 wireless transmission module,ultrasonic testing module,infrared detection module,motor drive module and other modules;Because the feature extraction algorithm is used to extract the motion picture of brain signals in the original brain waves,the software core part is the derivation and coding of the filtering and control algorithm.The filtering algorithm of the signal is optimized by adding the frequency segment selection in the chebyshev I digital filter,so that the pseudo-trace can be removed from the specific frequency band.The motion control algorithm chooses the dual fuzzy controller PID control.According to the characteristics of signal transmission adopt V transfer mode about the PC as a signal transfer station,can be unicom two board for signal transmission,is advantageous to the movement for the obstacles in the process of real-time detection and avoidance.The filtering algorithm of the signal is optimized by adding the frequency segment selection in the chebyshev I digital filter,so that the pseudo-trace can be removed from the specific frequency band.The motion control algorithm chooses the dual fuzzy controller PID control.Finally,the control system based on intelligent wheelchair design the whole system hardware and software,the function and use of SIMULINK in MATLAB command window toolbar to build the structure diagram of the wheelchair sports simulation validation.The simulation results show that the system can be used to simulate the movement of brain signals and control the movement of wheelchairs and data storage accurately.Due to the applicability of this control system,this control system is transplanted to the simulation platform for experiments under the existing conditions,and its functions and data storage can be realized.At the end of this paper,the shortcoming of the control system and the future research direction are expounded.
