Problems Dan Countermeasuies In The Management Of Infectious Diseases Among Schools And Childcare Facilities In Yixing

[Object]To learn about management situations of infectious diseases among schools and childcare facilities in Yixing city,Jiangsu province.To find the the main problems existing in the current management of infectious diseases.To put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.[Methods]Using the China disease prevention and control information system to obtain information on communicable diseases of schools and childcare institutions from 2012 to 2016 in Yixing city,this paper described the distribution characteristics of the epidemiological.Based on data collected from 2012 to 2016,the paper assessed the situation of the disease management of schools and childcare institutions and assess the control effect.Based on questionnaire survey,this paper described management status of infectious disease control and prevention among schools and childcare facilities in Yixing city.[Results]1.From 2012 to 2016,there appeared 111 cases of infectious diseases in Yixing city.All occurred in schools and childcare facilities,mainly in those of towns,with the highest incidence in January.2.There are not enough health management staff in Yixing health department.From 2012 to 2016,based on public health emergency report management information system,a total of 13 cases of infectious disease was reported,the time intervals between the first case found and report received are 1.74 to 26.35 days.3.98.5%of the 201 schools and childcare institutions have established a leading organization for the prevention and control of infectious diseases,with the principal or principal as the first person in charge.97.5%set up the report management department of communicable diseases and report personnel with infectious disease outbreak,through the analysis of the tendency of ?2,the establishment of the leading organization for the prevention and control of epidemic disease in schools,the setting of the report management department,the staffing of the report personnel and the non-linear correlation of the learning section;92.0%school make the morning check system,83.6 percent of the schools are responsible for the investigation and registration system for the cause of illness and absenteeism.80.6%of schools have developed a management system for the recovery of infectious diseases.82.6%of schools have developed suspected cases of infectious diseases and the registration system for the cause of diseases.100%of schools make students'health checks and teachers' regular physical examination system.Through the analysis of the tendency of ?2,the morning check system,the pathogeny of the disease and the registration system,the disease return system,and the development of the suspected screening system have no linear correlation with the learning section;99.0%of the morning records,96.0%of the patients who have been traced and registered due to illness absence,94.5 percent of the patients with infectious disease returned to school records,90.0%of suspected cases of infectious diseases and the cause of investigation and registration,all students have physical examination and routine physical examination records of teachers,74.1%of the public activities area and articles are regularly cleaned and disinfected,and all schools that carry out publicity activities for the prevention of infectious diseases will be offered courses or lectures on the prevention of infectious diseases in 99.5%.By analyzing trend x2,school infectious disease recovery,cause screening suspected infectious disease cases and registration,the public activity area and items,regular cleaning and disinfection,infectious disease prevention knowledge courses or lectures section has a linear correlation between the implementation and learning.There is no linear correlation between the trace and the registration and the study section of the morning check and the absence of disease.Given up period of view,and set up the clinic,the proportion of high school(78.6%)>junior high school,technical secondary school construct nine years(5.9%)>elementary school(5.3%)>childcare facilities(0.0%),with the loss of the period,set up the clinic ratio is lower,there is a linear relationship between(?2=26.853,P<0.05);there was a linear correlation between the proportion of school doctors and the learning segment(x2=36.358,P<0.05).The drinking water sanitation management system accounted for 88.1%,while the water dispenser had 23.2%of the valid sanitary permit approval,and there was a special person responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of the water dispenser at 97.9%,and the water sanitation sampling in 12 schools was qualified.[Conclusions]In Yixing city school and childcare institutions,infectious diseases are the main places in public health emergencies,mainly in the township of the township.Schools and childcare facilities management present situation of infectious diseases are generally good,but there are part of the problem:in the clinic setting and the school physician provide with national requirements related to a clear,part of the school is not set isolated suspected patients of infectious diseases under observation room,incident reports timeliness of infectious diseases are now less than,school should strengthen the construction of hardware and software professional and technical personnel health clinic,further school infectious diseases prevention and control work level.In the health supervision department,there is insufficient force in the work of school health supervision,and the applicable laws and regulations and standards in school health work are not perfect and can be operated poorly.We should strengthen the construction of the school health supervision work force,improve relevant laws and regulations,and improve the law enforcement of school health supervision.The disease prevention and control department has a better health emergency response and overall better control of the epidemic,but there is also room for improvement.
