In order to improve the overall service capability and service level of the medical industry and deepen the reform of the medical and health system in an all-round way,the State Health Planning Commission issued a new standard for hospital grade assessment in 2011.Hierarchical review of hospitals is a comprehensive assessment of the quality of hospital management,services and medical care in all walks of life.It not only helps to improve the scientific level of hospital management,but also provides a clear direction for patients to choose hospitals.The second round of hospital grade accreditation system has gone through seven years of practice and gradually promoted the formation of the healthcare system,making the utilization of resources and the development of medical and health undertakings more standardized,and the medical treatment level in our country also tends to rise steadily.However,the review also revealed some problems that are in urgent need of improvement.For example,the main body of responsibility for hospital accreditation is not clear enough,the team of accrediting experts is uneven,and the supervision mechanism of the accreditation process is lacking.Therefore,this article based on the case study of W Stomatological Hospital of Wuhan,focusing on the current system of hospital grade assessment in our country,and summarizes and analyzes some problems existing in the process of hospital grade assessment.Targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the second round of hospital grade assessment system of sound development.The innovation of this paper lies in:firstly,different from the existing normative research,this paper empirically analyzes the practice dilemma of the hospital level evaluation system from the perspective of reality.Secondly,this article focuses on the value of "taking patients as the center" concept,attaches great importance to the satisfaction of hospital patients with investigation and analysis of data from the angle to analyze the operation of the hospital management hierarchy.This thesis consists of four chapters,which are:Chapter One,Introduction.Including the research significance,research background,literature review and research methods at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces connotation of public hospital level review and theoretical basis,the meaning of the current hospital level evaluation system of our country,introduces the characteristics and the standard,the introduction of the theoretical foundation of the public hospital level evaluation and management tools.In the third chapter,by W stomatological hospital in Wuhan city as a case to case analysis,through introducing the actual level of public hospitals in the process of review of content and process,understand the difficulties and problems in the process of review.Chapter IV,in view of the above three chapters of the thesis content deep analysis on system of hospital level evaluation,put forward the corresponding solving measures and ways to improve,to promote the implementation of audit management play a better long-term role.
