Hospital Information Technology Capability Maturity Level Evaluation Of Empirical Analysis

Recently the Health Care Reform becomes one of the hot topics, and the research content of this thesis is based on the conception of the capability maturity for enterprise management informatization and related models to have a real case analysis and discussion. According to the real situation of'New Health Care Reform'in China, choose the Hospital as the Research Object. The purpose of the article is to establish the Industry Informatization Index Evaluation System and Models, and form a feasible demonstration analysis theory of the Hospital Informatization Evaluation. Through analyze the characteristic of Medical Industry Informatization, present the concept of the capability maturity for hospital management informatization, the core ideas, the evaluation route of empirical analysis and models and methods that the thesis uses.This thesis aims at the HICMM (Hospital Informatization Capability Maturity Model) theory to establish a complete set of hospital information level index evaluation system. Through the process description of the demonstration analysis, create the HICMM ranking evaluation model (a combination of evaluation model and ranking model) and scoring system. Then this theory can be used to guide and evaluate the current construction conditions and standards of hospital informatization, and provide the related solutions and suggestions for every hospital.In the process of empirical research and analysis, this thesis uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative technical methods. The thesis discusses how to make sure the Index Weight and the evaluation process, steps and ways on the basis of AHP theory. In order to ensure the feasibility of this demonstration analysis and authenticity, through early collect lots of data and information and full investigation, combined with the existing results, self-design two kinds of questionnaire (expert research questionnaire of index weight and hospital research questionnaire of ranking and scoring). Taken to the hospital field research methods to collect questionnaires and reliable data, according to the math principles and statistical methods, analyze related data and evaluation scores under the support of using excel software. Then get the corresponding results which can verify correctness and rationality of the argumentation system.
