Objective:1, To study the relationship between hospital level and trauma patient's outcome.2, To calculate the hospital level correlated coefficients and evaluate the ability of these coefficients to predict survival.Methods:1, Data collection:the data was collected from the membership hospitals of China trauma database. The hospitals are grouped under 3 scales by their levels:level 3 grade A, level 3 grade B and level 2.2, The subjects:trauma admissions with age no less than 16 years, prehospital time no more than 24 hours and mAIS no less than 3.3, Collecting the following items:Injury Severity data:GCS(Glasgow Coma Scale),SBP(systolic blood pressure),RR(respiratory rate) ,Injury Description,Diagnosis ,etc.Hospital care data.prehospital time, operation, complication, outcome and length of stay in hospital ,etc.4, Data managed: put Injury Description into AIS value. ASCOT and...
