The management of medical supplies and purchases mainly refers to the planning,organizing and controlling of goods by the medical units in the course of the development of their own business activities in conjunction with their own needs.By adopting effective measures,it is ensured that the control objectives can be finally achieved.The ultimate goal of the management of medical supplies is to ensure that the management function can be fully implemented.During the entire process,the medical unit's production costs are effectively controlled,and the speed of capital turnover is increased.In the entire process,the comprehensive market competitiveness of medical units will also be comprehensive.Promote.From the perspective of actual development,medical units carry out medical supplies management activities,which mainly include the establishment of material plans,the implementation of material procurement activities,and the storage of medical supplies,etc.,and on the basis of maintaining good relationships,avoid problems in a certain link and then The entire medical operation has caused great adverse effects.At this stage,the pace of market change is relatively rapid,and the traditional medical material procurement management model has been unable to meet the actual development requirements.In the modern hospital management system,the procurement of medical supplies occupies an important position in development and it is necessary to maintain a stable state of hospital operations.The medical supplies procurement management work was conducted with a higher degree of attention.Under the control of the traditional planned economy concept,for a long period of time,China's medical material procurement management model has been deeply branded with the“plan” stamp,a rough plan for medical supplies,and the procurement of medical supplies from a small number of designated suppliers.It is not uncommon to increase the inventory of medical supplies indefinitely.Therefore,it has become more and more important to innovate the medical supplies procurement management model and adapt it to the development trend of modern hospitals.This article takes the reform and exploration of a three-level hospital in a province for the past three decades as the background,and conducts in-depth analysis on the management,planning,procurement,use,and storage of medical supplies.It focuses on supply chain management theory and integrates procurement management.The actual development status of the theory,a comprehensive analysis of the medical material procurement and management activities in the S hospital,and summed up the existing problems,try to start from a fundamental perspective,understand the main causes of the problem,and optimize at the same time,this paper is based on the economic batch method(EOQ)The data of past consumables consumption used to formulate a scientific procurement plan for a tertiary-level hospital in a province,and based on the "zero-inventory" managementmodel,an inventory management plan was optimized for a tertiary hospital in a province.Secondly,according to the problems existing in the Third Grade A hospital,the recommendations were given in the aspects of building a symmetrical environment for the procurement of medical supplies,optimization of procurement process plans,optimization of procurement management information systems,and optimization of supplier selection management.Finally,put forward the above recommendations and the implementation of safeguard measures to achieve the optimal operating efficiency of S hospital.For the three grade A hospitals in China in the context of medical reform,procurement management provides new ideas.
