| Background: Malignant tumor is in the majority of primary lung and bronchogenic carcinoma,especially lung cancer,and carcoma is the least.Pulmonary metastasis always happened when malignant tumor cells in other sites metastasize to the lungs.For nearly half a century,the incidence of lung cancer in the world is significantly increased.In our country and some countries in Europe and America,the incidence of lung cancer is the highest among men.Second only to breast cancer and cervical cancer,third place in women’s tumors.But it’s worth noting,in terms of mortality,the mortality rate of lung cancer occupies the first place in male and female malignant tumors.Modern medical means do not cure cancer,especially patients with brain metastases.How to prolong the survival time of cancer patients and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer,has become the biggest concern for cancer patients.The patient is subjected to both mental and physical torture,after surgical trauma and postoperative complications,large doses of chemical drugs,many cycles,intensive treatment.Radiotherapy is accepted by more and more advanced patients,as is small side effect to the whole body,good tolerance and obvious suppress on the substantial organ tumor.The adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is increasingly prominent,evidence-based medicine,regulate the viscera function of the body.Mobilize the body’s air to ward off other disease.Elemene injection which extract from curcuma wenyujin is widely used in clinic.It is a broad-spectrum anti-tumor drug developed by our country,It belongs to the national class ii new drug.And It is used to treat lung cancer,esophageal cancer,nasopharyngeal carcinoma,liver cancer and malignant pleural effusion.Clinical practice certificate,elemene not only reduce the adverse efftcts of radiotherapy,but also increased sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy when inhibition of tumor growth.Patient quality of life improved.Objective: This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy combined with elemene injection in patients with advanced lung cancer;study the clinical symptoms of elemene injection in patients with malignant tumor;changes in tumor lesions;the quality of life;adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy.Method: The experiment selected 78 patients with advanced lung cancer who were in the department of oncology of The first hospital of Jilin University from September 2015 to May 2016.Using the theory of evidence-based medicine as the guide,the randomized digital table grouping was used for prospective studies,The collected medical records were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the clinical diagnostic criteria,inclusion exclusion,elimination of termination and shedding standard.Both groups were treated with radiotherapy for lung tumors.(2.2Gy/time,5 imes/week,total amount is 55Gy~65Gy).The treatment of patients in the experimental group was based on the treatment of the control group,and the elemene injection was applied.(approval number: H10960114,Chinese medicine.Production enterprise: Dalian Hua Li Jin Gang pharmaceutical co.,LTD.)0.4g~0.6g/time,1 time/day,2 weeks for one cycle,observation.The results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software.P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Result: The experiment selected 78 patients with advanced lung cancer who were in the department of oncology of The first hospital of Jilin University from September 2015 to May 2016.The random number table was divided into the experimental group and the control group with 39 cases.The experimental group underwent radiotherapy in parallel with elemene injection and the control group was treated with radiotherapy alone.The study showed that the disease control rate was 92.30% and the disease remission rate was 74.35% in the experimental group,while the control group was 74.35% and 48.72% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It is proved that the addition of elemene injection is effective.Appeared in the course of two groups of patients in the treatment of adverse reactions in chest pain,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,radioactive dermatitis,radioactive pneumonia,allergies,chest tightness,fever,etc.,combined with elemene injection,in such aspects as bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and allergic significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of KPS in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nutritional status of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Combined radiotherapy of elemene injection can significantly improve the short-term efficacy of patients than radiotherapy alone.It was obvious that the radiotherapy combined with elemene was more effective than radiotherapy alone.The addition of elemene injection during radiotherapy could significantly improve the adverse reactions induced by radiotherapy.The addition of elemene injection during radiotherapy could significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. |
