| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ‘three methods for treating uterine bleeding’ in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis,and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis.Methods:Using real world research methods,A total of 61 patients who attended the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group of 19 cases and a treatment group of 42 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine hemostasis,anti infection,and expectorant therapy,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction using the ‘three methods for treating uterine bleeding’.Due to the time constraints of the Western medicine medication plan,the observation time was divided into two nodes.One is that after half a month of treatment,after that,the Western medicine control group became a blank control,analysis and comparison of the changes in syndrome grading scores,NLR and SGRQ scores.After three months,the second time node was used to comparison the syndrome grading scores,NLR,SGRQ scores,BSI and HRCT values of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Compared with the hemoptysis stoping time after treatment,the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).2.Analyzing the clinical symptoms between the two stages of treatment,after half a month of treatment,the expectoration and hypochondriac pain in the the efficacy of expectoration was better than control group(P<0.05).After three month,The symptoms of dry mouth,shortness of breath,restlessness and bitter mouth in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group can reduce the NLR value and alleviate the severity of the disease(P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group,the total score and BSI index of the SGRQ scores in the treatment group were lower(P<0.01).5.Compared with the control group,the treatment group can effectively improve the outer diameter of the dilated bronchus(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.‘The three methods for treating uterine bleeding’ can effectively improve the symptoms of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis,and have better efficacy in coughing,expectoration,chest tightness,dry mouth,shortness of breath,upset,and bitter mouth symptoms.2.‘The three methods of treating avalanche’ can effectively reduce the NLR level,SGRQ score,and BSI index of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.3.‘Three methods for treating collapse’ can delay the trend of bronchiectasis. |
