Qbjective:To investigate the occurrence and related factors of depression and anxiety in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods selection in February 2017-September 2017 in the heart failure in 278 patients with chronic heart failure,the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep index scale investigation questionnaire,and analyze the influence the risk factors of anxiety and depression of patients with chronic heart failure.Results: women,the higher NYHA classification,the longer the course of the disease,the lower the level of LVEF and BNP level is higher,atrial fibrillation,anemia,high degree of culture,hospitalization days>6 days,hospitalized times>3 times,economic conditions,the worse,the higher the probability of anxiety in patients with sleep disorders.Male,age,underweight and normal weight,the higher NYHA classification,the longer the course of the disease,the lower the level of LVEF,atrial fibrillation,smoking,drinking,anemia,hospitalization days>6 days,hospitalized times>3 times,economic conditions,the worse,the higher the probability of depression in patients with sleep disorders.NYHA classification,atrial fibrillation,smoking history,anemia,hospitalization days,hospital visits,economic conditions and sleep disorders were independent factors of anxiety associated with depression.Multi-factor analysis showed that patients with anxiety and/or depression,the risk of comorbid anxiety depression is 2.045 times that of male patients with heart function NYHA class ? ?/? level is 1.955 times that of patients with number 3 times or more patients hospitalized in the past year is 2.288 times that of the patients with 1 ~ 2 times.In the past year,the number of patients in the hospital who had been hospitalized for 6 days was 2.159 times that of patients with no more than 6 days.Patients with insomnia were 2.115 times more likely to be non-insomniacs.Conclusion: There is a high incidence of anxiety and depression among heart failure patients and the study of anxiety and depression symptoms should be tested,which is worth the attention of clinicia.
