Development And Application Of Network Platform For Record Management Of Biosafety Laboratory In Urumqi

Objectives: Through the development of Urumqi regional biosafety laboratory filing management network platform to promote the platform in Urumqi and Xinjiang operation and use;Through summarizing and analyzing platform data and field survey results,comprehensively evaluate the function of platform functions,analyze the main problems in platform operation,and provide suggestions and measures to provides a solid foundation and reliable support for standardizing laboratory biosafety management and improving the level of laboratory biosafety information management,and gradually promoting the operation and use of the platform in the Urumqi region and Xinjiang.Methods:(1)Using B/S(Browser/Server)mode,using the Microsoft ASP.NET,three layer architecture and SQL Server 2008 database technology,the modular design of the platform based on C# language,to develop the network platform for the record management of the biosafety laboratory in Urumqi.(2)Convenient sampling method was adopted to select 29 medical and health institutions in Urumqi which use "Urumqi regional biosafety laboratory filing management network platform",According to the on-site checklist of the filing of biosafety laboratories in Urumqi,10 on-site inspections were conducted on the organization leadership and personnel management of biosafety laboratory filing units,the data collected from the survey were entered using Excel,and statistics were used to describe the coincidence rates of various indicators.Results:(1)The network platform for the record management of the biosafety laboratory in Urumqi has been successfully developed,and the functions of online filling,material delivery,application for record,online record checking,quick information inquiry and information statistics and so on are realized.(2)Through the trial and practical application,the function of the platform can meet the actual needs of the record work,easy to use and maintain.With the support of related policies,promotion by the health administrative departments of autonomous regions and municipal health bureaus will be promoted in Xinjiang.(3)In the field survey results,the coincidence rate of the record of experimental activity was the highest,which was 100%.The coincidence rates of personal protective equipment,annual inspection report and laboratory facilities and layout were all lower with 62.1%,43.1%and 58.6%.(4)The coincidence rate of the platform data and the field survey results is high.The data coincidence rate of the basic laboratory conditions is over 80%,and the other three items are 100%,and the coincidence rate of professional,academic and professional titles of laboratory staffs is over 95%.Conclusion: Urumqi regional biosafety laboratory filing management network platform can simplify the biosafety laboratory record-keeping workflow,improve work efficiency,dynamic update of laboratory data,to achieve standardized management of laboratory biosafety,strengthen the health administrative departments of laboratory biosafety supervision management.It has good generalization and executability.
