In view of the existing hospital test cabinet, the analysis equipment (biochemical analyzer, urine analyzer and so on) is bulky and has its own control system, so this article has proposed an overall laboratory platform which is based on the embedded chip. It integrated the biochemical analyzer, urine analyzer and hematology analyzer together, and share a common operating system in order to analyze the system of centralized control of all kinds, but also saves a lot of space and hardware resources.The design uses a mini6410embedded chip and Windows Embedded CE6.0operating system. It is divided into three main parts:the system customization of overall laboratory platform, system application layer software design, driver development. We can get a streamlined and efficient operating system from the system customization, it will help improve the operating speed of the entire platform, enhance system stability, of course, the suitable system can also reduce some unnecessary builds that reduce the cost of overall system development. Application layer software mainly to achieve some kind of human interaction, such as patient information input, data storage, case generation, database access and the corresponding control operation. Driver was developed to achieve that the system can interact with the hardware, the driver can control the corresponding hardware for different operations, such as:GPIO port driver, PWM driver, key driver, ADC driver, etc..
