Study on hospital performance management and appraisal of comprehensive will play a positive promoting role on improving the level of performance management.objectivly and scientificly. By using Balanced Score Card (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPI) performance management, the research establish a scientific and operable performance evaluation index system which can help hospital to promote the development of hospital medicine, to cultivate healthy competition environment. At the same time, the author also hope that the performance management of the hospital can play a reference role. to other domestic hospital.Take the performance management theory and the comparative study of hospital performance management as the basic platform,the article use Balanced Scorecard and KPI performance evaluation tool, combining theory with practice, research the present situation of performance management of Mongolian Medicine Research Institute, The prupose of the research is to find the causes of the problems such as "assessment purposes are incorrect", "evaluation index is not scientific", mainly analyze the; then, combined with the environmental characteristics of the Mongolian medicine of performance management, according to the existing main problems and reasons, the reserach use BSC, KPI tools and methods of performance management,to design the performance system of the Mongolian Medicine.
