A Investigation Study Of Music Preference And Peripartum Analgesia

During childbirth,parturient pain and related analgesia measures have been the focus of attention in medical and psychological circles.If effective analgesia is used to control the pain of puerpera in perinatal care,it can relieve the stress of the puerpera to some extent and promote the recovery of the body function.The concept of multimodal analgesia is the combination of drugs and analgesic methods of different action mechanisms,which has become the main development direction of analgesia technology.Music intervention has been used in multimodal analgesia because of its low cost,non-invasive and non-adverse reactions,and it has become a kind of auxiliary analgesic method.This paper reviews the achievements of previous studies,starting with the preference of women's music and using the preferences of different types of music to intervene in perinatal analgesia.The pregnant women in Shandong Heze Municiple Hospital from autumn from 2017 to spring 2018 were selected as the subjects,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research paradigm,using literature study,descriptive method,comparative method,correlation method and experimental method,give priority to with the questionnaire survey,individual interview and experimental testing is complementary.The induction and summary of the literature of the collected,collection and analysis of questionnaire data and experimental data,the effects of music preference on perinatal analgesia,and verify its relevance,so as to initiate somewhat to research on the theoretical research results can be added,and can use theory to guide the clinical application,for maternal music intervention of perinatal nursing staff to provide effective reference.In the experimental tests,the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The results of the experiment were combined with the questionnaire data.The results were as follows:1.In the perinatal period,natural labor parturient's music preference is mainly light music and European classical music,and the music preferences of prenatal,middle and postpartum are different.2.In the perinatal period,cesarean section parturient's music preference is mainly light music and Chinese national instrumental music.and the music preferences of prenatal,middle and postpartum are different.3.The music preference in perinatal period is positively correlated with the analgesic effect of natural labor and cesarean section.4.The effect of music preference on the perinatal analgesia was compared 'between the experimental group and the control group,and the pain of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.
