| Objective:The purpose of this project is to study the effect of angular mode music on tibial nerve H reflex in patients with post-stroke limb spasm,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of post-stroke limb spasm with five elements music and lay the foundation for its mechanism research.Methods:A total of 70 patients with post-stroke limb spasm who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese and Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with angular mode music therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)grading,composite spasticity scale(CSS)score,tibial nerve H reflex latency and Hmax / mmax value of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed by spss26.0.Results:There were 4 cases in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.A total of 64 cases completed this study.The clinical spasticity scale score of the observation group was 12.32 ± 1.97 before treatment and 9.77 ± 1.54 after treatment,and the H-reflex Hmax / mmax value was 0.58 ± 0.17 before treatment and 0.36 ± 0.15 after treatment.The clinical spasticity scale score of the control group was 12.36 ± 1.93 before treatment and 10.91 ± 1.83 after treatment,and the H-reflex Hmax / mmax value was 0.59 ± 0.18 before treatment and 0.47 ± 0.19 after treatment,And after treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The MAS grading and H reflex latency of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Music therapy with angular modulation can reduce the Hmax / mmax value of tibial nerve H reflex in patients with post-stroke limb spasm.2.The music therapy of angular modulation has a certain intervention effect on limb spasm after stroke. |
