The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is the focus of industrial development in the world.The allocation of innovative resources has been widely concerned by government departments and academia.The improvement of its resource allocation efficiency has become the core goal of its innovation and development.At present,the pharmaceutical market in the world's emerging countries reflects a strong overall growth,The emerging market led by China will maintain 15%-18% growth in the year of 2013-2017.By 2017,China will catch up with Japan and become the second largest pharmaceutical consumer market in the world.In recent years,Chinese industrial information network has released a series of reports as ?2015-2020 years Chinese pharmaceutical industry analysis and investment outlook? and ?2015-2020 years Chinese pharmaceutical market operation and development forecast report?,which indicate that the total profit of Chinese pharmaceutical industry has increased from 133.109 billion yuan in 2010 to 235.570 billion yuan in 2016,showing a good development trend.However,compared with developed countries,the ability of original innovation and the investment in research and development in Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is relatively low,the ability of resource integration is not strong,the model of resource allocation is relatively extensive,which can't meet the current needs of economic development.Therefore,improving its allocation mode of innovative resources,and improving its allocation efficiency of innovative resources have become the core goal of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.This study,arranges as the following research procedures: problem posing,research background and research significance,literature review,efficiency evaluation,analysis of influencing factors,main conclusions and countermeasures,explores innovation resource allocation efficiency and influence factors of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.In the process of efficiency measurement,firstly,through reading literature,combing the characteristics of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,constructs the evaluation index system,and uses the three stage data envelopment analysis to carry out the operation.Secondly,according to the result of efficiency measurement,this study calculates the allocation efficiency of innovation resource from three aspects: comprehensive efficiency,inter-annual trend and redundancy situation,and analyzes it from two levels of technology and industry scale.Finally,this study compares the efficiency of the first and third phases and draw useful results.In the stage of influence factors analysis,constructs the theoretical model of influence factors,builds index system using 18 indicators,bases on the 2015 cross-sectional data,analyzes the impact factors by using SPSS22.0 software.Finally,this study,finds that the influencing factors of innovation resource allocation efficiency in Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry mainly includes industrial growth ability,industrial development environment,enterprise innovation ability and enterprise profitability,which indicating that these four factors have important influence on the optimization of innovation resources and efficiency improvement in Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.The research conclusions provide a train of thought for the improvement of innovative resources allocation efficiency of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and also have some reference value for future research.
