Objective To study the prognostic factors of patients with infective endocarditis and provide reference for improving the prognosis of patients with infective endocarditis. Methods Eighty-four patients with infective endocarditis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were collected. The relevant clinical data of the selected patients were analyzed and analyzed retrospectively to analyze the prognostic factors affecting infective endocarditis. Results The clinical data of the selected patients were analyzed to analyze the prognostic factors of infective endocarditis. The results suggested that the prosthetic valve, fever over 39°C,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ?60 mg/L,hemoglobin content <90 g/L,The content of serum albumin <30g/L and surgical treatment were correlated with the prognosis of patients with infective endocarditis(p<0.05),which was an important factor affecting its prognosis.Further multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested hemoglobin and serum albumin levels.Surgical treatment was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients with infective endocarditis(p<0.05).Conclusions High hemoglobin and low serum albumin levels in patients with infective endocarditis and surgical treatment are important factors influencing the prognosis of the patients.Clinically, they can be targeted to regulate and promote good prognosis.
