Objective:This study aimed to investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and metabolic syndrome with its components. At the same time,we investigated the relationship between serum uric acid and the severity,short-term prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. So as to provide the basis for the intervention treatment of serum uric acid in clinical work.Research objects and methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,in the second hospital of Jilin University Physical Examination Center randomly selected 150 cases as the study objects in more than 40-year-old physical examination crowd.According to the serum uric acid concentration, the male be divided into five groups, female be divided into four groups. The data of metabolic syndrome, fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index, and hypertension in each group were collected to explore the correlation between serum uric acid and metabolic syndrome with its components.A total of 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected as the experimental group,150 healthy people were randomly selected as the control group at the physical examination center. The serum uric acid values were compared between the two groups to investigate the association between SUA and acute cerebral infarction.Patients with acute cerebral infarction scored on the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the modified Rankin scale(m Rs)at the time of admission and the tenth day of hospitalization.Patients with NIHSS <5 were included in the light-cerebral infarction group, and patients with NIHSS ?5 were included in the severe cerebral infarction group.Compare the relationship between SUA and the severity of acute cerebral infarction. The m Rs scores of ?2 were classified as having a good prognosis, and those with >2 were classified as having a poor prognosis. The NIHSS score on admission-NIHSS scores on the 10 th day ?0 were attributed to poor prognosis, and deaths were attributed to poor prognosis.Compare the relationship between serum uric acid and short-term prognosis.Result:1.In men,the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the four groups with serum uric acid levels>260 ?mol/L was significantly higher than <260 ?mol/L Group(P<0.05).In women, hyperuricemia group showed a significant difference compared with normal uric acid group, the incidence of metabolic syndrome was increased with the increase of serum uric acid concentration(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between them.2.The level of serum uric acid had an effect on FPG,TG and BMI,and there was a positive correlation(P<0.05).Serum uric acid had no significant effect on the prevalence of hypertension and HDL-C levels(P>0.05).3.The serum uric acid value in the acute cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.001).In males, the incidence of mild cerebral infarction in the hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than in the normal uric acid group, suggesting a negative correlation between serum uric acid and the severity of acute cerebral infarction(P<0.001);whereas in women, there was no significant effect on the severity of acute cerebral infarction(P>0.05).The rate of good prognosis of cerebral infarction in hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that of normal uric acid group, suggesting a negative correlation between serum uric acid and the short-term prognosis of acute cerebral infarction(10 days after hospitalization)(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.In women, there was a significant correlation between serum uric acid levels and the incidence of metabolic syndrome, and this trend is not significant in men.2.People with hyperuricemia are susceptible to abnormalities in fasting blood glucose, hypertriglyceridemia, and obesity, while elevated serum uric acid levels are not associated with the prevalence of hypertension and a reduction in HDL-C levels.3.With the increase of serum uric acid levels, the prevalence of acute cerebral infarction increases; The short-term prognosis(10 days after hospitalization)in acute cerebral infarction patients with hyperuricemia has a good outcome; In males, patients with acute cerebral infarction with hyperuricemia were milder on admission.
