Objective:To explore the relations between Serum High-sensitivity C-Reactive protein and Uricacid levels and Acute Cerebral Infarction with Type2Diabetes Meltitus in the stability of carotid atherosclerosis plaques, the degree of nerve function defect, and the brain infrct volume. To explore the correlation between Serum High-sensitivity C-Reactive protein and Uricacid levels. To explore the skull MRI characteristics in Acute Cerebral Infarction with Type2Diabetes Meltitus.Methods:Totally180acute cerebral infarction patients, including90DMCI patients(DMCI group) and90patients with nondiabetic acute cerebral infarction (CI group) were enrolled in this study. The serum hs-CRP,homocysteine, lipid, glucose and Uric acid were measured. Carotid artery examination (the inter-media thickness and carotid atheromatous plaque) were performed. All the patients were evaluated by NIHSS scores and infarct voume were measured by MRI.Results:The serum hs-CRP and Uric acid in IMCI group was higher than CI group. In DMCI group, the serum hs-CRP and Uric acid also showed significant differences between patients with unstable plaque and those stable plaque, between large infarct volume and small volume, between minor and severe defects in nerve function. Conclusion:The level of serum hs-CRP and Uric acid may be associated with the stability of carotid atherosclerosis plaques, the degree of nerve function defect, and the brain infrct volume. The main the feature of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Type2Diabetes Meltitus is Multiple basal ganglia infarction.
