Objective:To analysis the neuropsychological test scores and event-related potential characteristics of patients with cerebral small vessel diseases, and explore the relationship between them.It aims to provide objective basis for discovering cerebral small vascular cognitive impairment in early phase and mastering the disease progress.Method:We studied the clinical data of 52 patients with cerebral small vessel diseases of the First Hospital of Jilin University's neurology ward from June 2016 to October 2017.Dividing the patients into groups according to the scores of Mo CA,MMSE,HAMA and HAMD.Collect the general clinical information, the scores of neuropsychological test, the latency, amplitude and average reaction time of P300.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis.Result:1 ? There was no significance in age, gender, education level, history of hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin among the cognitive impairment group and no-cognitive impairment group(P > 0.05).2 ? The higher percentage in women was statistically significant among emotional impairment group and no-emotional impairment group(P < 0.05),but there were no significant difference in age, gender, education level, history of hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin(P > 0.05).3?P300 latency of cognitive impairment group compared with non-cognitive impairment group at PZ,FZ,FPZ,C3,C4 and CZ sites, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the P300 amplitude and average reaction time(ART)of the two groups were not statistically significant between two groups(P > 0.05).4?P300 latency of emotional disorder group, compared with the no-emotional disorder group at FZ,C3,CZ points, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups of P300 latency in PZ,FPZ,C4 points were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).However,the P300 amplitude and average reaction time(ART)of the two groups were not statistically significant between two groups(P > 0.05).5?There was no significance in P300 latency, latency and average reaction time(ART)between cognitive with emotional impairment group and cognitive without emotional impairment group.6?P300 latency, amplitude, and the average response time and scores of Moc A,MMSE,HAMA was no significant correlation(P > 0.05).However,P300 latency and HAMD scores was positive correlation at C3,FZ and CZ sites.Conclusion:1?P300 latency in patients with cognitive and emotional impairments of cerebral small vessel diseases was prolonged, and the latency was more sensitive and reliable compared with amplitude.2?The combination application of neuropsychological tests with event-related potentials can discover early cognitive impairment, and provided objective data support to estimate the degree of disease and development trend.3?Patients with emotional impairment of cerebral small vessel diseases mostly had cognitive impairment, and emotional activity was involved in the neuroelectrophysiological conduction pathway of cognitive activity.4?The latency of P300 at C3,CZ,and FZ was positively correlated with the HAMD score. The higher the score of HAMD,the greater the degree of depression and the longer the P300 latency.5?Women with cerebral small vessel diseases were more likely to develop emotional impairment than men.
