| Research background: Cardiovascular disease do harm to people's health.Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the end stage of the cardiovascular disease and has become a major threat to human life and health.China's aging population is increasing,leading to the rapid increase of common cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease,thus increasing the prevalence of heart failure.In 2017,Chinese cardiovascular report indicates that the number of cardiovascular disease has reached to 290 million,of which the number of patients with heart failure was more than 4.5 million,and the number has been on the rase.Chronic heart failure is a progressive,developmental complex refractory disease,which has a serious impact on the life of patients,and causing trouble to the family,therefore,the clinical effective treatment is should to be solved quickly.At present,there are still some limitations in the treatment of chronic heart failure,such as lower quality of life,the recurrence rate is high and side effects.Therefore,modern medicine urgently needs to inject new strength in the treatment of chronic heart failure.In recent years,with the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture,TCM clinical research has been deepening,and its treatment of heart failure has achieved fruitful results.Especially in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,controlling the development of heart failure course and improving the quality of life of patients.At the same time,the research shows that TCM treatment can improve hemodynamics,reduce the incidence of malignant arrhythmia,improve neuroendocrine and inhibit ventricular remodeling.Therefore,the clinical study on TCM treatment of chronic heart failure is very important.Research purpose: In this paper,the main indexes of TCM syndromes and mainsymptom integrals and cardiac function classification in patients with chronic heart failure are main indicators.To evaluate the clinical effect of "yiqi tongluo yangxin soup" in treating chronic heart failure with the type of qi xu xue yu.To summarize the clinical experience in treating chronic heart failure and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Research methods: From October 2015 to June 2017,60 cases of clinical cases of TCM specialist outpatient clinic and department of cardiology in Dalian Central Hospital were selected.The diagnosis of western medicine is chronic heart failure,and TCM diagnosis is xinbi,chuanzheng,and edema(qi xu xue yu).The patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients.The control group received routine standard treatment of western medicine.The treatment group was combined with xie shi Yiqitongluo yangxin soup on the basis of standard routine treatment of western medicine.The treatment time of both groups was 4weeks.To observe the changes of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,as well as the changes in the curative effect of the single syndrome.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group was observed.Results:In this study,60 patients with chronic heart failure were collected.There were 30 patients in every group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,duration,age and NYHA classification(P>0.05).The traditional treatment of western medicine and xie's "yiqi tongluo yangxin decoction" and combination can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure,which is different from the control group.1).TCM syndrome points: After treatment,both groups were significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P< 0.05).2).Curative effect of single syndrome of Chinese medicine: After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05).3).Cardiac function classification: After treatment,both groups of cardiacfunction were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic heart failure with the conventional standard of "yiqi tongluo yangxin soup" combined with western medicine has a better clinical effect than the simple application of western medicine.In the patients with chronic heart failure,TCM syndromes and TCM syndrome integrals are better than the former in improving cardiac function classification. |
