Clinical Study Of Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction Treated With Yiqi-yangyin-tongluo Treatment

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment with the HFp EF patients who belong to Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome through the method of Yiqi-yangyin-tongluo,and to provide a new way for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Methods In this research,a total of 99 patients were selected from Shanxi Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and inpatient diagnosed with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type with HFp EF.99 cases of eligible patients were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C,three groups were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,group A on this basis was treated with Bawei Tongluo granules and Tongmai Yangxin pills combined therapy,group B was treated with Tongmai Yangxin pills combined with conventional western medicine treatment,while C group just treated with conventional western medicine treatment,treatment for 8 weeks.Results1.There were significant difference(P<0.05)after treatment,in the sysmptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine symptom integral between group A and group B or group C,TCM specific symptom integral compared the group A and group C after treatment has very significant difference(P<0.01 or P=0.01).2.Group A and group B had significant difference compared with before treatment quality of life scale score(P<0.01),C group compared with before treatment,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),group A than group B,C improved significantly(P<0.05).3.NYHA heart function classification efficacy evaluation,the results showed that there were significant differences between the three groups after treatment(P<0.01),and the total effective rate and effective rate in group A were better than those in group B and group C.4.Group A after treatment compared with group B,C showed that E,A,E/A and IVRT value of Echocardiography reaction index had significant difference(P<0.05),group A after treatment than before treatment,E,A,E/A,IVRT and DCTe value had significant difference(P<0.05).5.The threegroups after treatment than before treatment,NT-pro BNP had significant difference(P<0.05),between the three groups after treatment,there were statistically differences(P=0.05),A group and B group were no significant difference(P>0.05),the A group had a significant difference compared with C group(P<0.05).6.After treatment,6min walking distance of 6MWT three group compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between the three groups there was significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the walking distance of A group after treatment compared with the B,C group was better than that of other two groups(P<0.05),B group than C group high degree of improvement(P<0.05).7.After treatment,the blood rheology index of A group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),compared with B and C group had statistical difference(P<0.05).8.All signs and ECG before and after treatment was no obvious abnormalities,measured blood and urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function and other results than that before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi-yangyin-tongluo treatment can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with HFp EF(Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),reduce the blood levels of NT-pro BNP,increase significantly the walking distance of 6 minutes walk test,greatly improve the quality of life of patients,the patients blood rheology index also be improved in a certain extent.
