BackgroundThe incidence of Cardiovascular disease(CVD)has been increasing year by year, and early detection and prevention of coronary heart disease have received more and more attention.Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a major cardiovascular disease,it is also an important death cause of patients with cardiovascular diseases. At present, the specific pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is not fully understood. It has been confirmed that coronary atherosclerosis and the resulting myocardial ischemia and necrosis are the pathophysiological basis of coronary heart disease.Cystatin C,fibrinogen, troponin I in our bodies are all monitoring index for clinical cardiovascular disease, early atherosclerosis in the lack of obvious clinical manifestations, signs, for the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease also bring certain difficulties. Therefore,it can be seen that the hematological monitoring index of coronary heart disease is of certain value for early detection and prevention in clinical practice. So this article aims to detect the cystatin C,fibrinogen, and troponin I in blood of patients with coronary artery disease, using statistical analysis method,to explore the clinical significance of combined detection for diagnosis of coronary heart disease.ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of Cys-C,Fib,and cTnI in patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsFirst,we collected data of 101 coronary heart disease patients who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology of Henan province people's hospital from May 2017 to January 2018.These 101 cases were all diagnosed according to the world health organization(WHO)standards(1997).Among these patients,70 were male, and 31 were female, with an average age of 60.81.According to the complications, there were 52 cases of CHD group,23 cases of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension,13 patients with diabetes, and 13 cases of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension and diabetes. The control group selected 116 cases,of which male 67 cases, female 49 cases, with an average age of 54.55 years old. They are based on physical examination in Henan province people's hospital patients,no history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes, the liver and kidney function, myocardial enzyme, blood lipid, blood glucose and biochemical indexes are all nearly normal.Fasting venous blood was collected from the experimental group and the control group, and the serum samples were detected by Cys-C,Fib and cTnI.All test data were processed using SPSS 20.0 software. The results of the measurement data were expressed by x ±s,and the variance analysis was carried out in the comparison of multiple sets of data.T-test was used for comparison, and P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Cys-C?Fib and cTnI were independent variables, and Logistic regression analysis was performed.Use of Cys-C?Fib and cTnI three indicators of sensitivity and specificity of the receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC curve)of essential hypertension nephropathy group, primary hypertension without kidney disease group, other kidney disease diagnosis efficiency evaluation.Through simple CHD group, coronary heart disease with hypertension group, coronary heart disease with diabetes group, and coronary heart disease with hypertension and diabetes group. The normal control group were statistically analyzed, discuss blood Cys-C,Fib,cTnI and three indicators the value of combined detection of coronary heart disease diagnosis. Results 1.Compared with the control group, the concentrations of Cys-C and cTnI in all the coronary heart disease groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference between the plasma Fib level of the study group and the control group(P < 0.05).3.The contents of Cys-C in the subgroups were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The content of Cys-C in the serum of CHD with diabetes group was higher than that in CHD group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The Cys-C content in the serum of CHD with diabetes group was higher than that in CHD with hypertension group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The Cys-C content in the group of CHD with diabetes was not statistically significant compared with group of CHD with hypertension + diabetes group(P>0.05).7.The level of whole blood cTnI in CHD group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).8.The level of whole blood cTnI in CHD with hypertension group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).9.The Fib content in the subgroups of CHD was not statistically significant when compared with the control group(P>0.05).10.Logistic regression analysis showed that Cys-C was an independent risk factor for CHD.ConclusionCys-C and cTnI are sensitive indicators for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and the combined detection of serum Cys-C and cTnI was the most important for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
