Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Pediatric Pneumonia (Wind-Heat Syndrome)by The Method Of Qingre Xuanfei Huayu

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of qingrei xuan huayu in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia(wind-heat syndrome),to expand cli-nical treatment and better guide clinical application.Methods:90 cases of ch ildren will meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two gr oups,treatment group and control group,two groups of 45 cases each,t wo groups in the premise of gender and age difference in the next,on t he basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with intrav enous Maxinganshi Decoction and Danhong Injection fluid therapy,contro 1 group for Maxing\shigan decoction,7 days after treatment,the curative effect was evaluated in two groups,two groups were observed before an d after the comprehensive curative effect,main symptom onset time,sym ptoms and signs,treatment of platelet count,hospitalization time,prelimin ary evaluation of curative effect of Qingre Huayu Xuanfei cough law tre atment of infantile pneumonia.Results:1.The treatment group recovered 40 c ases,showed 3 cases,effectively 2 cases,ineffective 0 cases,and the total effect ive rate was 100%.Control group cure 35 cases,3 cases were markedly effectiv e,effective in 3,4 had no effect,the total effective rate 91.11%,treatment grou p total effective rate was higher than the control group(p<0.05).2.The lengt h of hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that in the contro 1 group,P<0.05.3.There was no significant difference between the treatment gr oup and the control group before treatment,and P>0.05;The symptom score o f the treatment group was less than the control group after treatment,p<0.05.4.Comparison of primary onset time:the treatment group was shorter than th e control group fever,cough,obstruction,asthma,and rale,P<0.05.5.Comp arison of PLT count before and after treatment:there was no significant differe nee in platelet count between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,and th e difference was no statistical significance.In the treatment group,the PLT co unt was less than the control group but in the normal range,p<0.05.6.Compari son of hospitalization expenses:the cost of hospitalization in the treatment grou p was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.7.Two groups of children wi th no loss and exclusion were not significantly adverse in the treatment of the t wo groups,and the medication was safe and effect.Conclusion:the treatment o f qingre xuanfei huayu for peditric pneumonia(wind-heat syndrome)can im prove the clinical efficacy.
