At present,the medical resources of China exists problems,for example total inequality,distribution balanced structure irrationally.Being affected the factors of scale and policy which leds to finance difficulty in the private hospitals.In this condition,the M Hospital of Changde explores feasible financing plans.On the one hand,it can ensure of the smooth funding to help the expansion rapidly.On the other hand,it can provide solutions for financing on the private hospital.This paper is based on a deep literature review and provides a solution for M hospitals to solve their financing difficulties.First of all,Based on the theoretical basis or solve the problems,we studied the financing theory,methods,domestic and foreign financing status,striving to get the right answer.Secondly,it is demonstrated that the project has a very good development prospect and is feasible,but its corresponding difficulty is trouble of money.Furthermore,in order to guarantee the project smoothly,depending on the development of the enterprise,the financing needs will be implemented step by step.The first phase of debt financing will be analyzed in-depth.Finally,based on the analysis of the major risk points of the financing plan,we try to effectively avoid possible potential risks.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The project has broad prospects for development and is feasible.(2)The financing plan should be based on the company's development plan for the overall layout of the step-by-step implementation.In the first stage,the credit financing is the primary decision.In the second stage,private equity financing will be adopted.In the third stage,publicly listed will be used.
