Analysis Of The Cooperation Between Government And Non-profit Private Hospital Based On The Resource Dependence Theory

On a basis of China health care reform, the paper aims to use theresource dependencies analytical framework to analysis the resourcedependencies relationship between the government and non-profit privatehospital by investigate development and living environment of non-profitprivate hospital. To provide a reference for the government to developrelevant policies to build a good cooperative relations with non-profitprivate hospitals.Mainly used the research methods like literature, case studies,comparative studies, interviews and statistical analysis and statisticalanalysis. First, the paper analyzed the main issue what the health caresystem of China is facing, elaborated in the problems and difficultiesfaced by the provision of health services, and then the paper discussedthe resource dependencies relationship between the government andnon-profit private hospital by using the resource dependencies theory,used the analyze frame to analyze the cooperation empiric of PPP inChina and other country and the problems they are facing, summed up theexperience of enlightenment government cooperation with non-profitprivate hospitals. At the end, made the prospect of PPP in the healthcarearea which in line with Chinese national conditions came up withsuggestions which it will combine with other practice and put forwardimprovement ideas to deepen the cooperation of the government andnon-profit private hospital.The following conclusions can be drawn through research: there isunequal resource dependencies between the government and non-profitprivate hospitals, establishment of cooperative relations between the twoshould be led by the government which is in a stronger position; thecooperative relationship between government and non-profit privatehospitals should be established on the basis of critical scarce resources;PPP is important reference for the establishment of cooperativerelationship between government and non-profit private hospitals;establishment of PPP in the healthcare area which in line with China’snational conditions requires effort from government and non-profitprivate hospitals individually.
