Research On Hospital Investment Mode In The New Stage

The wave of social capital investment in the field of medical services has experienced three historical periods.In the past,social capital has used its own funds to build new outpatient hospitals of relatively small scale.By the time the role of private hospitals in public health matters and their responsibilities in public medical care were recognized by the society and the government during SARS,social capital began to acquire large specialized and general hospitals.And this led to the ideological trend of unclear reform patterns and unclear powers and responsibilities.Finally,the government began a new round of health care reform.The issue of property rights has also been resolved to a certain extent in the new health care reform.In 2013,the State Council began to issue policies to encourage social capital to enter the medical industry to promote the development of the health service industry.Enterprise hospitals have ushered in another wave of divestiture.Even at this historical stage,due to the complexity of the medical service industry and the complex nature of the medical service,there are still many operational problems in its investment and trading practice.For example,the evaluation of its related intangible assets,the issue of the right to confirm the trading object,the boundary of power management after the investment transaction,and so on.From the point of view of hospital investment practice,based on the requirements of the latest policy and the current situation of medical service investment,this paper probes into the various links of the existing hospital investment,and makes a comparative analysis of the supporting system reform policies.Based on the financial data of IN Hospital and ZK Hospital for example,the paper analyzes the key financial data in its investment.Based on theory and practice,it provides theoretical basis for the standardization development of industry and the government's policy support to social capital.
