| Object:Through of immunosuppressive rabbits by cyclophosphamid with different quantities of herb-cake-separated moxibustion,to observe the influence of peripheral blood cells series in immunosuppressive rabbits,the effects of Ig G ? Ig M and the complement C3?C4 in serum immunoglobulin,to analyze the difference of the result of different amounts of moxibustion,the purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of the difference in the effect of different doses.Methods:The 50 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,herb-cake-separated moxibustion 3 Zhuang group,herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group,herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group.Each group except the blank group was given intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(60mg/kg)to establish an animal model of immunosuppression,consecutive one week and injected on daily morning.Liuwei Dihuang decoction was used to make herbal-cakes,and were put on the Shenque,Guanyuan,Zusanli(Both sides),Pishu(Both sides),Shenshu(Both sides)eight acupoints,according to the different groups to give different amounts of moxibustion,once for every other day,10 times in total.After second days of treatment,the animals were anesthetizd and dissected,collected Abdominal venous blood,to observe the change of blood cells seriesin immunosuppressive rabbits;Extracted Abdominal venous blood serum after centrifugation,and detected of serum Ig G? Ig M,complement C3?C4.Results:1.After making model and compared with blank group,the indexs of WBC,NEU,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT of model group were significantly lower,LYM?MONO were increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After the treatment of different quantities of herb-cake-separated moxibustion,except the index of HCT in herb-cake-separated moxibustion 3 Zhuang group no statistical difference,the indexs of WBC,NEU,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT of three treatment groups were obviously improved,LYM?MONO were obviously decreased,and there were no significant difference with the blank group.Compared with herb-cake-separated moxibustion 3 Zhuang group,the index of WBC in herb-cake-separated moxibustion5 Zhuang group increased significantly,the indexs of WBC and HGB in herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group obviously improved;The indexs of EOS?BASO in each compare of group no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.After modeling serum Ig G ?Ig M and the complement C3 were significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.01);After herb-cake-separated moxibustion treatment,the immunity of three groups rabbits were significantly improved,except the index of serum Ig M in herb-cake-separated moxibustion 3 Zhuang group no statistical difference,the indexs of serum Ig G?Ig M,the complement C3 of three treatment groups were obviously improved,and there were no significant difference with the blank group.Compared with herb-cake-separated moxibustion 3 Zhuang group,the indexs of herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group serum Ig G and the complement C3 were increased significantl,the complement C3 of herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group was obviously improved.The complement C4 in each compare of group no statistical difference(P>0.05).3.After herb-cake-separated moxibustion treatment,the effect of herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group improving the level of immunoglobulin and WBC was better than herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7Zhuang group.In terms of improving HGB content,the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group was no significant difference with the blank group,and tended to become normal,compared with herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group the difference was very small.From a variety of indexs change trends observed,the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group was slightly better than the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group.Conclusions:1.The indexs of WBC,NEU,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT in immunosuppressive rabbits blood cell series were significantly increased after herb-cake-separated moxibustion,the level of LYM?MONO were significantly lower,the level of serum Ig G?Ig M and the complement C3 were improved,to improve the Organism of the immune function.2.The three treatment groups of the indexs of blood cell series and immune molecular were improved after herb-cake-separated moxibustion.Because of different quantities of moxibustion,the effects of each group were also different,although herb-cake-separated moxibustion 3 Zhuang group could improve the immune function,the whole effect was lower than the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5Zhuang group and the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group.3.Compared the result of the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group with the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group,these two groups both obviously improve the Organism of the immune function,from a variety of indexs change trends observed,the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 5 Zhuang group was slightly better than the herb-cake-separated moxibustion 7 Zhuang group. |
