| Objective:The paper aims to investigate and analyze the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution in people with appendiceal abscess,and the relevant factors that affect the distribution.The paper would explore the relationship between the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and the attack of appendiceal abscess,by comparing with the normal people.The paper can provide ideas and basis for the further surveys,which is significant for preventing and treating of appendiceal abscess.Methods:The questionnaire adopts the Traditional Chinese Medicine scale questionnaire designed by Professor Wang Qi,and the distribution refers to the method of Distribution of Nines of Wang Qi.According to the clinical epidemiology and the method of case-control study,the subjects of the study are 100 cases and 100 controls.The questionnaire would be completed by the subjects themselves,and if the subjects can't complete the questionnaire because of some special reasons(such as the educational levels),the investigator would help the subject to fill in the questionnaire by asking the subjects about the questions of the questionnaire.The age,sex,body mass index(BMI),percentage of neutrophils(NEUT%)and total white blood cell count(WBC)in patients with appendiceal abscess were collected.As for the collected data,the quantitative data would be analyzed by the mean and standard deviation,and comparison among groups would be analyzed by the independent-samples T test;the qualitative data would be analyzed by the cases and percentage,and comparison among groups would be analyzed by Chi-square Test;all of the data would be analyzed by SPSS21.0,and when P is less than0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:The study finds that there are 45 men and 55 women in the 100 cases,and most of the cases are Damp-heat constitution and Blood-stasis constitution.The number of people in Damp-heat constitution is 34,whose proportion is 34%;while the number of people in Blood-stasis constitution is 19,whose proportion is 19%;the number of people in Qi-asthenia constitution is 10,whose proportion is 10%;the number of people in Phlegm-dampness constitution is 10,whose proportion is 10%;the number of people in Qi-stagnation constitution is 10,whose proportion is 10%;the number of people in Yang-deficiency constitution is 6,whose proportion is 6%;the number of people in Yin-yang harmony constitution is 5,whose proportion is 5%;the number of people in Yin-deficiency constitution is 5,whose proportion is 5%;the number of people in Allergic constitution is 1,whose proportion is 1%.Only the difference of cases and controls in Dampness-heat constitution has statistically significance(P<0.05),while the others don't have.As for sex,women is more than men in cases;as for the age,most of people is 40-60,and the age of women is more higher than men,but those statistics don'have statistically significance.There was no significant difference between the percentage of neutrophils and the total number of white blood cells(P> 0.05).The BMI index was higher than that of phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution,yin-yang harmony constitution,qi-stagnation constitution,yang-deficiency constitution,blood-stasis constitution,qi-asthenia constitution.In addition to the intrinsic quality of the eight constitution,no significant percentage of neutrophils and total white blood cell count difference(P>0.05),BMI index is high in the end are phlegm,dampness,gentleness,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,Qi deficiency,the damp heat and blood stasis,Qi deficiency was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:According to the survey,there is the the relationship between the attack of appendiceal abscess and the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution:the people in Dampness-heat constitution are more likely to be attacked by the appendiceal abscess,who belong to the easy feeling constitution.Therefore,by using the method of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution from the aspects of inherent and acquired,this paper analyzes the factors that would affect the Dampness-heat constitution,then use the specific way to regulate and help the constitution into balance,to achieve the Chinese medical "prevent disease”. |
