Cilinical Observation On The Action That Huomai Powder Treated The Type Of Blood Stasis Of Diabetic Arterial Occlusion

Objective:Comprehensive analysis of the clinical efficacy of huomai powder on the treatment of the type of blood stasis of diabetic arterial occlusion and research the levels of MMP-9,Hs-CRP and ox-LDL in the blood of the patients,to observe the relationship between them and the stability of atherosclerotic plaque,to make clear of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the atherosclerotic plaque,to further explore the mechanism of huomai powder on diabetic arterial occlusion.Methods: Collecting 60 patients of the type of blood stasis of diabetic arterial occlusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group oral huomai powder,control group was treated with Simvastatin Tablets,the treatment lasted for 2 months.Observe two groups of patients' improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the changes of MMP-9,HS-CRP,ox-LDL,ABI,serum lipids and other indicators.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1 The two groups of patients had no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and fasting blood glucose before treatment(P > 0.05).2 After treatment,clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients before treatment had significantly improved,after 30 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms had no significant difference(P > 0.05);after 60 days of treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 66.67%,with significant difference(P < 0.05).3 After treatment,the MMP-9,Hs-CRP levels were significantly lower in the two groups(P < 0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);The control group after treatment significantly decreased ox-LDL level(P < 0.05),the treatment group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the control group was better than the treatment group(P < 0.05).4 After treatment,the level of ABI in the treatment group was significantly higher(P < 0.05),the control group had no significant change(P > 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5 After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL in the two groups weresignificantly lower(P < 0.05),and the HDL level was significantly higher(P<0.05).The decrease or elevation of the control group was more obvious than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05).6 No adverse reactions were found during the clinical trial.Conclusion: Huomai powder can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic arterial occlusion patients,its mechanism may be through decreasing MMP-9,Hs-CRP as the representative of the inflammatory factors to avoid inflammation chain reaction and stabilize atherosclerotic plaque.Also it can increase the level of ABI to improve microcirculation and the clinical symptoms of ischemia.And it can adjust the blood lipid level,correct the disorder and reduce vascular endothelial damage.The combination of these functions makes huomai powder to achieve the role of treatment of DAO.In reducing the level of ox-LDL and regulating blood lipid level,the effect of huomai powder is worse than that of Simvastatin Tablets,so it should be combined with drugs in Clinically.
