Clinical Study Of Qingqi Huatan Decoction On Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung Type Of Pulmonary Infection In Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage After Operation

Objective : To explore the method of removing heat phlegm in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation of lung phlegm heat syndrome complicated with pulmonary infection curative effect,through the acquisition of clinical cases,clarify the Qing Qi Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine treatment of the disease.The curative effect and mechanism of treatment to further optimize the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods : Shanxi People's Hospital selected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria for patients with pulmonary infection after operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,all patients were required to sign the informed consent,then were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,the control group after dehydration to reduce intracranial pressure,control blood pressure,nutrition of brain cells,the routine use of antibiotics(penicillin class and cephalosporin)or according to the examination results of sputum culture sensitive antibiotics,and given oxygen,spasmolysis and atomization,aminophylline,turning back suction,inhalation and nutritional support and other conventional treatment,the treatment group in the postoperative dehydration to reduce intracranial pressure,control blood pressure,nutrition of brain cells,the routine use of Antibiotics(penicillin and cephalosporins)or according to the examination results of sputum culture sensitive antibiotics,and given oxygen,spasmolysis and atomization,aminophylline,turning back suction,aerosol inhalation and nutritional support and other conventional treatment,given the Qing Qi Decoction in eating or inserted nasal feeding tube after 7 days for a course of treatment,a total of the two course of treatment before and after treatment.To observe and record the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change,integral,close monitoring of body temperature,serum C reactive protein count,white blood cell count,compare the level of CT and lung.Treatment will eventually be collected data for statistical analysis of treatment results and Analysis.Results:The results show that the total efficiency of treatment group was 86.7%;the control group total effective rate was 76.7%,the rank and inspection,the clinical curative effect of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.The total effect of two groups of C-reactive protein in the C count,white blood cell count,fever time,lung lesions CT the absorption rate and TCM symptoms and other aspects have significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group than in the control group with significant effect.No adverse reactions were observed in two patients.Conclusion:Cerebral hemorrhage;pulmonary infection;Phlegm heat obstructing lung;Qingqi Huatan Decoction.
