This dissertation consists five chapeters:The first chapeter is effective parts screening of Pingwei San; The second chapeter mainly study on the chemical ingredients in effective parts;The third chapeter is analyze the source of monomer compounds and the composition of compound single medicine;The fourth chapeter is the compound compatibility of the law of giving priority to with official medicine magnolia bark;The fifth chapeter is the determination of the Pingwei San main chemical composition.The first chapeter is using the D-101 macroporous resin to section the Pingwei San water decoction, divided into water parts and 20% ethanol,50% ethanol and 75% ethanol,95% ethanol. Using the rat model with dampness blocking in middle-jiao to screen effective parts. Experimental results show that the different parts of the Pingwei Powder compound for rat in diferent pathologic conditions all have certain adjustment function.Considering the gastric residual rate of intestinal propulsion rate and D-xylose absorption,50% ethanol can be part of the preliminary tentative for Pingwei Powder with dampness blocking in middle-jiao are the main effective part of spleen and stomach syndrome.The second chapeter is using the traditional column chromatography ?silica gel, dextran gel, reversed-phase Cl 8, etc.? for the separation and purification of 50% ethanol for compound, isolation, purification and identification from 50% ethanol area seven compounds, respectively:Compound 1?liquirtin??Compound 2(magnolol?Compound 3?isoliquiritigenin??Compound 4?liquiritigenin??Compound 5?isoliquiritin??Compound 6?honokiol??Compound 7?glycyrrhizic Acid??Compound 8?hesperidin?.The above compounds were first isolated from Pingwei San water decoction.The third chapeter assign the source of the purified compounds and analyze the single and compound medicine ingredient.Using HPLC to analyze the complex compounds and share.Results compound is typical of the whole composition is: liquirtin,hesperidin, glycyrrhizic acid, honokiol, magnolol. The result of contrasting with single medicine, honokiol and magnolol come from magnoliae officinalis cortex; hesperidin comes from citri reticulatae pericarpium;liquirtin,glycyrrhizic acid come from glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle.The four thchapeter is the compound compatibility of the law of giving priority to with official medicine magnolia bark using HPLC. Experimental results show that the "gentleman medicine atractylodis rhizoma ",zingiberis rhizoma recens, and jujube fructus can make the content of honokiol and magnolol in the pingweisan decreased; the "adjuvant medicine citri reticulatae pericarpium" and the"conductant medicine glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle" can make the content of honokiol and magnolol in the pingweisan increased.I "The gentleman medicine"?zingiberis rhizoma recens, and jujube fructus makes the content of honokiol and magnolol in the pingweisan decreased is higher than the tendence that "the adjuvant medicine" and the "conductant medicine" make the content of honokiol and magnolol in the pingweisan increased.The fifth chapeter of the main compounds of hesperidin in Pingwei San glycyrrhizic acid, honokiol, content determination of honokiol. The ingredients in compound content is in turn:hesperidin 1.248 mg·g-1, liquorice 0.869 mg·g-1, magnolol, 0.104 mg·g-1, honokiol 1.500 mg·g-1.
