Clinical Observation Of Adjuvant Therapy In Treating Children's Henoch-Schonlein Purpure Deficiency Of Fire Excess From Yin Deficiency With The Huaiqihuang Granule Application Therapy

Objective: Objective to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Huaiqihuang Granule in the adjunctive treatment of children's Henoch-Schonlein purpure(HSP)of deficiency of both vital energy and yin.Methods: To choose 80 patients who is Henoch-Schonlein purpure(HSP)patients of deficiency of both vital energy and yin from October 2015 to May 2016 in the children's hospital of SHANXI.Divided the patients into 2 groups accordance with the principle of completely random.There were 40 patients in the treatment group who are treated with permanent medical treatment method(anti-infection,antianaphylaxis,anticoagulant etc,some children who with abdominal pain and Joint gall can use hormone extenuatory.)In addition,Huaiqihuang Granule was given to the treatment group.There are 40 patients in the control group who are treated only with permanent medical treatment method.The fade situation of erythra were observed at the phase of 3d,5d,7d.The palindromia of erythra and the change situation of urine erythrocyte,urine protein were observed at the phase of 1m,2m,3m.The change situation of immune globulin and CD five item were observed at the phase of 3 month.According to Chinese medicine symptoms score standard,accounting integral and evaluating cruative effect.Then analysis of all test with statistical software SPSS 20.0,and come to a conclusion.Results:1.The total effective power of Huaiqihuang group is 97.5% under traditional Chinese medicine standard,which is higher than the control group' s total effective rate which is 85%.There is significant difference between the two groups respectively(P<0.05).2.There is no significant difference between the two groups on erythra disappeared'time on the 3d,5d and 7d(P>0.05).3.According to the situation of erythra palindromia,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance.4.The comparison of two groups of serum immunoglobulin,Ig A reduce degree of thetreatment group is better than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05),there is significant difference between two groups.5.The comparison of two groups of serum CD five item,CD3?CD4?CD4/CD8 rise degree of thetreatment group is better than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05),there is significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The results indicate that Huaiqihuang granule as a adjunctive therapy means to treating children's Henoch-Schonlein purpure can acquire significant curative effect then only use routine treatment.The total effective power of Huaiqihuang group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).So we can draw a conclusion,the method of treatment group can regulate immunologic function effectively,reduce the recrudesce situation of erythra,relieve traditionol chinese medicine clinical symptom effectively.Huaiqihuang granule have regulate immunization function,reduce the recrudesce rate of erythra by regulate organism's immunization.Huaiqihuang granule also can relieve traditionol chinese medicine clinical symptom effectively.It is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
