Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)is a systemic vasculitis characterized by vascular deposition of immune complex containing immunoglobulin A(IgA)in small vessel walls(arterioles, capillaries, and venules).Clinical manifestations were palpable purpura, joint pain, gastrointestinal discomfort and renal involvement.ObjectiveChildren with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were retrospectively analyzed and followed up to compare the differences of related indicators and explore the factors affecting the prognosis of children.ResultsThis study included 248 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura diagnosed in Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018.Among them,50 children with mixed type were included in the study, and 198 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were included. There were statistically significant differences among children with different organ involvement in pathogen infection, allergen and inducement, the white cell count, platelet count, the concentration of IgA,IgM,IgE concentration concentration, concentration of anti-streptococcus hemolytic(ASO),Ferritin(Ferritin)concentration and the concentration of CRP concentration,IL-6,IL-8 concentration, concentration of SAA,reaction time of Lupus Anticoagulant(Lupus Anticoagulant),concentration of TNF-?,hematuria,proteinuria,24h urine proteinuria, microalbumin, microglobulin concentrations efficacy at discharge, recurrence rate of majorsymptoms in 3,6 and 12 months of follow-up(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between IgG concentration,C3 concentration and C4 concentration(P>0.05).ConclusionThe most common cause of Henoch-Schonlein purpura is infection induction, followed by allergic reactions.Organ involvement in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura is closely related to the coagulation, immune function and kidney function of children, and also affects the recurrence of majorsymptoms and prognosis of children. The routine hematology and immunology indexes of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura of renal type were significantly different from those of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura of simple type, joint type and abdominal type.IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-? were significantly increased in renal type.
