It was found that doctors accounted for 70% of the health history survey and patient communication during the actual work process,and the rest was the treatment and examination of the patients.Now our country is not balanced in the perspective of medical distribution,especially the distribution of the high grade hospital and the third grade hospital in the macroscopic angle.The number of patients received by this kind of advanced hospital is much more than that of other hospitals.Therefore,this will not only improve the pressure of the medical staff within the hospital to a large extent,but also further reduce the communication time between doctors and patients,which will lead to many patients in the hospital.After entering the hospital,we can not have a clear understanding and understanding of the actual situation of the whole hospital to the maximum extent,which will lead to the insufficient satisfaction of the patients or their families on the hospital service.In general,the patient’s evaluation of the medical staff or the whole hospital is not only judged by the professionalism of the relevant staff in the medical field,but also through the analysis of the doctor’s words and deeds.Therefore,in some cases,although the patient’s disease has been effectively treated,but it is not satisfied with the work of the medical staff,the importance of communication and communication between doctors and patients has been presented to the maximum,and a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is built.This study investigated the status quo of doctor-patient communication in general hospital of M,and understood the doctor-patient communication from the perspectives of doctors and patients.According to the medical staff and patients in M general hospital,400 documents were issued,396 valid questionnaires were collected by medical staff,and 383 valid questionnaires were recovered by the medical staff.According to the results of the questionnaire,combined with the reality and shortcomings of M general hospital’s doctor-patient communication management,we put forward strategies and suggestions for improving doctor-patient communication.This article is divided into six chapters,of which first,second chapters are introduction and theoretical research.The introduction part mainly includes research background,research significance and purpose,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and research content.The theoretical part mainly discusses the main concept of doctor patient communication;Chapter 3-5 is the main part,mainly discussing the M general medicine.The investigation and analysis of the current situation of hospital doctor-patient communication,and in view of the actual and existing problems in the hospital,from the three aspects of the hospital,the patient and the government,put forward suggestions to improve the communication between doctors and patients;finally,it summarizes it and puts forward the next prospect.
