The "Prescriptions Pattern Differentiation" is the soul of TCM diagnosis and treatments.It is one of the theoretical systems with the most academic characteristics in TCM basic theory and is an important method to guide TCM in the diagnosis and treatments of diseases.With the rapid development and continuous advancement of modern medical science and technology,as well as the continuous improvement of research methods,Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment techniques in Chinese medicine,more and more medical practitioners in the Chinese medical profession have begun to pay attention to and apply prescriptions pattern differentiation methods.This article mainly through the clinical use of the medical prescription over the years,systematic analysis,from which to conclude the typical symptoms of the classic prescription,so that the doctor can simplify her or his work in the clinical diagnosis and treatments,make pattern differentiation and prescription sophisticated and improve clinical efficacy.This study collected 208 cases of Gegen decoction in ancient and modern medicine,statistical analysis by SPSS statistical software,and conducted systematical induction and sorting,thus summed up the main and concurrent symptoms of Gegen decoction disease,tongue,pulse range of reference,and conducted a comprehensive theoretical analysis to clarify of Gegen decoction etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic principles,treatment methods and addition and subtraction of prescriptions,providing a theoretical basis for the clinical.Conclusions:1.The main symptoms of Gegen decoction are nape paralysis,fever and aversion to cold,no sweat,migraine,dizziness,back pain,shoulder pain,rigid pain of head and neck and etc.2.The concurrent symptoms of Gegen decoction are diarrhea,skewness of mouth and eye,closed mouth,low back pain,forehead pain,face redness,dry nose,eye pain,spasm of limbs and etc.3.The tongue are mainly pale tongue,pale red tongue;tongue coating are mainly thin white moss,white moss;The common pulse is floating tight pulse,floating pulse,string tight pulse. |
