Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy(Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of arctium lappa granule in improving the Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome of early diabetic nephropathy(Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:Choose from December 2015 to October 2017,the 2nd affiliated hospital endocrine in Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine clinics and conform to the standard set of 60 patients with early DN,using randomized controlled method,divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Both groups were given the arctium lappa granule treatment in the treatment group and the control group was given the Erbesartan tablet treatment for 12 weeks,The changes of TCM syndrome and TCM score in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1 percent,and that of the control group was 78.5 percent.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.The two group after treatment of TCM symptom score was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group in reducing languid,pharynx dry mouth,dry heat,sweat heart,shortness of breath lazy speech,feverish palms and soles,and symptoms of dry stool points lower than that in control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Fructus arctii granule can obviously improve the early DN(Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome)patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially in improving the languid,pharynx dry mouth,dry heat,sweat heart,shortness of breath lazy speech,feverish palms and soles,and the symptom of dry stool on the curative effect is distinct.2.Burdock seed granule has good safety in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy(Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome).
