| Objective: We do this experiment observe the clinical curative effect of Traditional Chinese medicine with Qi Ming granule in differentiating disease and syndrome differentiation in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and to probe the difference between Qi Ming granule group and Qi Ming granule plus Chinese medicine in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and to explore the individbualized treatment scheme for treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy with the combination of TCM syndrome.Methods: 67 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2groups,34 cases of Qi Ming granule group and 33 cases of Qi Ming granule plus Chinese medicine,of which 1 cases were lost in the Qi Ming granule plus Chinese medicine.The treatment scheme: Qi Ming granule group was given basic therapy plus Qi Ming granule,Qiming granule modified group was given basic treatment plus Qiming Granule plus differentiation of symptoms and signs.The two groups were treated for 24 weeks.The effects of serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,blood urea nitrogen,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,urine albumin / creatinine ratio and TCM syndrome score and symptoms were observed.Objective is to evalbuate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiming granule modified group in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Result:1,The serum creatinine and glomerular rate filtration rate before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05).but there was no significant difference between the groups and groups in the two groups of blood urea nitrogen(P>0.05).2,The comparison of urine albumin creatinine ratio in the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the urine albumin creatinine ratio of Qi Ming granule plus Chinese medicine was more obvious than that of the Qiming group.3,The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between the twogroups(P>0.05).4,Two of the TCM syndrome group was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The cure rate of Qi Ming granule group was 2.9%,the effective rate was 17.6%,the effective rate was 70.6%,the total effective rate was 91.1%,the cure rate of Qi Ming granule added group was 9.4%,the effective rate was 34.4%,the effective rate was53.1%,and the total effective rate 96.9%.Qi Ming granule plus Chinese medicine improved the symptoms of TCM better.5,The safety of Qi Ming granule plus Chinese medicine is safe,without adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:1.Qiming granule plus Chinese medicine is effective in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy.2.Qiming granule plus Chinese medicine can improve Scr,GFR,ACR,and is better than Qiming granule.3.Qiming granules plus Chinese medicine can reduce GLU and HbAlc by differentiating disease and syndrome.4.Qiming granule plus Chinese medicine can improve symptoms of TCM and combine symptoms simultaneously. |
