Effect Of Burdock Granule On Serum TGF-?1 Level In Patients With Early Diabetic Nephropathy(Qi Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:This study was to observe the effect of Burdock granule on TGF-?lexpression level in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(qi yin deficiency syndrome),to evaluate the clinical effect of the drug,and to discuss the mechanism of the drug in treating diabetic nephropathy,and provide a new way for the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:From December 2015 to October 2017,Totally 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in the endocrine division of the second hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases,the ratio was 1:1.The two groups was given the basic treatment for 28 days,including diabetes education,dietary intervention,exercise therapy,and so on,after 28 days into the treatment period,treatment group were given Burdock Granule,treatment group(N=30)on this basis to give burdock granules,2 bags/times(4g/bag),control group on this basis givenirbesartan,150mg/times,The clinical observation lasted for 12 weeks,to observe the change of blood lipids and serum TGF-?1 level before and after treatment,and to record the incidence of related adverse events,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of burdock granule on early diabetic nephropathy(qi yin deficiency syndrome).Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the general data and the related indexes in the two groups,which showed that the two groups were comparable.2.Blood lipid:After 12 weeks of treatment,the related indicators of blood lipid of two groups are improved better than before treatment(P<0.05),the comparison between groups showed that the treatment group in improving TC,LDL-C level were better than the control group(P<0.05).3.TGF-?1:After 12 weeks of treatment,TGF-?1 of the two groups was significantly reduced than that before treatment(P<0.05),and showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)in reducing TGF-?1 levels.4.There were no serious adverse events in the two groups ofpatients,so the great burdock granules were safe for the patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion:1.Burdock granule can effectively reduce the level of TC,TG and LDL-C in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,elevate the level of HDL-C and regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism.2.Burdock granule can delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy by reducing the expression of TGF-?1 level in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.3.It is safe for the patients with early diabetic nephropathy(qi yin deficiency syndrome)treated by burdock granules.
