In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy both in clinical and experimental aspects of significant progress, this paper carried out a large number of diabetic nephropathy literature review, with an emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy is summarized, in this based on clinical observation.Purpose: To study the efficiency and safety of Tangshenqing granula for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(Kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis turbid each node card).Method: 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy (kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis turbid each node card) patients were randomly divided into two according to experimental group and control group 30 cases, experimental group-based therapy, based on the kidney for sugar granules and clear Analog Benazepril hydrochloride tablet in the control group on the basis of basic treatment given benazepril hydrochloride tablets and oral granules analog Tangshenqing clear. Course of treatment were 12 weeks.Result: Tangshenqing Granule treatment of early diabetic nephropathy total effective rate was 90%, better than the control group (P <0.05); test group can obviously improve the Yaoxisuanruan, numbness, body heavy, dry mouth want to drink, dizziness symptoms, better than the control group (P <0.05); test group can also be reduced in patients with LDL-C, increased HDL-C, but no significant difference between the control group. The two groups no significant adverse reactions, general physical examination items, blood, urine, then routine, liver function, kidney function tests before the normal tests normal.Conclusion:Tangshenqing Granule are safe and effective treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis turbid each node license) in traditional Chinese medicine.
