Clinical Observations Of Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease With Qi Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:By observing the qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease patients with stage IV’ clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome points,blood glucose,blood lipid,24 h urine protein quantitative change,and the expression of TGF-β1 and MMP-9 in serum to prove the effectiveness of the treatment of diabetic kidney disease,and to explore the possible mechanism of Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction to reduce the deposition of extracellular matrix,delay the glomerular sclerosis,and provide scientific basis for Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Methods: We randomly divided 56 patients who met the inclusion criteria into two groups,27 in the control group and 29 in the treatment group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was given basic treatment and Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction,with the treatment duration of 8 weeks.And by comparing before and after treatment in patients with blood glucose,blood lipid,24 h urinary protein quantitative,TGF-β1,MMP-9,and the change of TCM syndrome integral to evaluate curative effect,and statistical analysis was performed.Result:After treatment,the difference in blood glucose between the two groups was not statistically significant compared with that before treatment,and the control of blood glucose was stable(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum lipids between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups could reduce the patient’s 24 h urine protein quantitative,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum TGF-β1 was decreased and MMP-9 was increased in both groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of total effective rate and TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction can effectively reduce the 24 h urine protein content of the qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease patients with stage IV.2.Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction can reduce the qi and Yin deficiency andblood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease patients with stage IV serum TGF-β1,and increases the expression of MMP-9.3.Shen Zhi Huo Xue Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of the qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease patients with stage IV.
