| Objective:To observe the effects of Tongfengyin Granules on serum uric acid,urinary ?2-microglobulin and renal pathological morphology in mice with hyperuricemia and renal damage,and explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Tongfengyin Granules on hyperuricemia and renal damage.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,benzene bromine Malone group,allopurinol group,Tongfengyin Granules group,a total of five groups,except blank control group,other groups using adenine combined with uricase inhibitor potassium oxonate gavage in mice hyperuricemia and renal damage model,cycle model 21 days.Seventh days after the start of the model,given by the different treatment groups,the twenty-second day of the experiment,the mice urine uric acid and urine?2-microglobulin,mice eye blood serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and kidney of mice after anesthesia,pathological sections after HE staining to observe the renal pathological changes.Mice with light microscope.Results:Tongfengyin Granules can significantly reduce the level of hyperuricemia and renal damage in mice serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and urine ?2-microglobulin,there was significant difference compared with the model group,the level of uric acid and Tongfengyin Granules can be significantly increased in mice,there were significant differences compared with the model group,indicating that the effect of Tongfengyin Granules can play serum uric acid excretion.In the pathology of kidney,Tongfeng decoction can reduce the damage of renal tubules and the degree of infiltration of renal interstitial inflammatory cells.Conclusion:Tongfengyin Granules can reduce the level of blood uric acid,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and urinary ?2-microglobulin,promote uric acid excretion and improve uric acid metabolism,and improve the pathological damage of kidney caused by hyperuricemia,thus play a role in preventing hyperuricemia and protecting renal function. |
