The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Clearing Heat And Resolving Phlegm And Dispersing Knot On Children’s Chalazion

Objective:Through clinical observation,to study the clinical effect of clearing heat and resolving phlegm and dispersing knot in the treatment of children’s chalazion,and to explore the mechanism of its action,so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment。Methods:40 children with chalazion were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(20 cases),The method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and dispersing knot combined with wet hot compress was used,In the control group,20 cases were treated with wet hot compress only.Four weeks as a course of treatment,a course of treatment.Observe the curative effect of two groups of children with chalazion after four weeks before and after treatment,and observe the recurrence of the two groups of effective children within six months after treatment.Compare the two groups,and comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of heat clearing and phlegm resolving dispersing knot method in the treatment of children with chalazion.Results:After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 83.87%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 46.67%.In the overall effect,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of clinical symptoms improvement,the size of chalazion in the two groups after treatment was smaller than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Moreover,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the two groups within 6 months after treatment was 7.69%in the treatment group and 35.71%in the control group.In terms of reducing the recurrence rate of chalazion,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and dispersing knot combined with wet heat compress can obviously cure or reduce the chalazion in children,and its curative effect is better than that of wet heat compress alone,and The method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and dispersing knot can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of chalazion in children.no serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,It is said that the method of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and dispersing knot is safe in the treatment of chalazion in children.
