Study On Syndrome Elements, Syndrome Types And Treatment Of Chronic Diarrhea By Professor Zhou Zhongying

Objective:To explore the distribution of TCM syndromes in the chronic diarrhea case of professor zhou zhongying,summarize the main syndromes of medical records,and discuss and abstract the academic thought,and pass on the experience of professor zhou zhongying.Methods:The collection of Professor Zhou Zhongying's diarrhea cases,during 1990-2014,were full of 170 patients after screening by the inclusion criteria,according to Professor Zhu Wenfeng "syndrome" in "syndrome differentiation in scale,analysis of all medical records,extracting relevant syndrome elements,summed up the main syndromes,and by using the data mining system of all drugs for each syndrome type in correlation analysis and cluster analysis were in.Results:About 60 percent of 170 patients are men and 40 percent are women.In terms of clinical manifestations,there was a higher frequency of stool,abdominal pain and intestinal ringing,with a frequency of more than 46%.In the aspect of syndrome,the disease position syndrome involves the spleen,liver,stomach,small intestine,large intestine and kidney,the frequency is more than 5%,and the disease syndrome involves wet,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,heat and Yang deficiency,and its frequency exceeds 9%.In terms of medication,the commonly used drugs of spleen deficiency syndrome include Fried white,poria,codonopsis,liquorice,radix paeoniae,windproof,and orange peel.The cluster analysis results in the basic recipe:Fried white,liquorice,codonopsis,wood incense,pyrolysis,white paeonia,hawthorn,mountain medicine,sand kernel,poria cocos,chicken inner gold;The commonly used drugs of the viscera and viscera are huang lian,wu zhuyu,scutellaria baicalensis,bupleurum,aromatic attachment,large ventral skin,Fried fruit and so on.The cluster analysis results in the basic formula:huang lian,Fried white art,wood incense,Chen PI,wu zhuyu,scutellaria baicalensis,stir-fried atractylodes,French semi-summer,turmeric,qingpi,Yin Chen,dandelion;Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome commonly used drugs mainly include wind,white peony,white,yam,dangshen,Chen PI,rose and so on.The cluster analysis results in the basic square root:paeony,huang lian,Fried white,Chen PI,wu zhuyu,wind,rose,licorice,hawthorn,stir-fried yam,dangshen;The commonly used drugs of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome mainly include bubonic fat,fructus schisandrae,nutmeg,Urdu,yizhiren and so on.The analysis of the group was based on the basic formula:Fried yam,wu zhuyu,nutmeg,Fried atractylodes,fructus fructus,fructus schisandrae,fructus,fructus,fructus astragali,astragalus,cornel,hedgehog skin,and Cherokee rose.Conclusion:Clinical manifestations include stool,abdominal pain,bowel disease,etc.The main disease is in the spleen,which is related to liver,stomach,large intestine and small intestine.The disease is mainly caused by dampness,which is related to qi deficiency,qi stagnation and Yang deficiency.In the case of chronic diarrhea,professor zhou zhongying has four main syndromes,namely,spleen deficiency syndrome,viscera and dampness syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.The method is mainly composed of several methods,such as invigorating the spleen and invigorating spleen,drying and drying methods,removing wood and supporting soil,nourishing the spleen and nourishing the spleen,and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In terms of drug use,spleen deficiency syndrome is commonly used in invigorating spleen,invigorating qi,and clearing damp.The heat and humidity of the viscera of the intestine are commonly used in the treatment of heat and humidity.Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome are commonly used to relieve liver and invigorate spleen.Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome is commonly used to supplement the spleen and kidney and astringency.
