| Objectives:To describe the status of achievement motivation,mental health and creativity tendency among nursing postgraduates,to analyze the differences of achievement motivation,m-ental health and creativity tendency in the social demographic characters;to investigate the influence of achievement motivation and mental health on creativity tendency of nursing postgraduates,and to explore the Influencing factors of creativity tendency about nursing postgraduates.Methods:The study belongs to cross-sectional design study.Using convenient sampling,nursing postgraduates were selected as respondents.In the survry,340 questionnaires were issued and 324 questionnaires were recovered of which 320 were valid the recovery rate of effective questionnaires was 94.12%.The questionnaire included four parts:general demographic information,The Achievement Motive Scale(AMS),General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-20)and Creativity Assessment Packet(CAP).The collected information was analyzed by American social science statistical package SPSS21.0.The statistical analysis methods included descriptive statistics,Chi-square test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson Correlation analysis and stepwise regression.Results:(1)The total score of nursing postgraduates' achievement motivation was(1.66±8.95),and the score of success-oriented motivation was(40.70±5.73),and the score of failure-threated motivation was(39.04±5.89).There were statistical significance for the score of nursing postgraduates'achievement motivation in different grades and the type of graduate school,and whether there is a full-time job(P<0.05).(2)The total score of nursing postgraduates' mental health was(5.38±4.18),and the total score of self-affirmation was(6.47±2.06),and the total score of depression was(1.26±1.56),and the total score of anxiety was(1.58 ±1.71).There were statistical significance for the score of nursing postgraduates'mental health in different grades and the type of graduate school(P<0.05).(3)The total score of nursing postgraduates' creativity tendency was(99.05±9.68),and the total score of adventure was(20.52±2.68),and the total score of curiosity was(28.48±3.34),and the total score of imagination was(24.09±3.78),and the total score of challenge was(25.96±2.55).There were statistical significance for the score of nursing postgraduates' creati-vity tendency in different grades and and fathers educational degree and mothers educational degree(P<0.05).There were statistical significance for the score of challenging dimension in the school type and serves as the class cadre and tutor lever(P<0.05).There were statistical significance for the score of imagination in only child(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation showed that there were significantly negative correlation betw-een nursing postgraduates' achievement motivation and mental health(r=-0.328,P<0.01);there were significantly positive correlation achievement motivation and creativity tendency(r=0.326,P<0.01).(5)Multiple regression analysis showed that achievement motivation and fathers educational degree and tutor lever are predictive factors of creativity tendency,and the above variables could explain 13.6%of the total variance of creativity tendency.Conelusions:(1)Nursing postgraduates' achievement motivation is at a good level and mental heal-th is at a good level and creativity tendency is generally low.(2)Achievement motivation is related to grades and the type of graduate school and whether there is a full-time job.Mental health is related to grades and the type of graduate scho-ol.Creativity tendency is related to grades and and fathers educational degree and mothers educational degree.(3)There were significantly negative correlation between nursing postgraduates' achi-evement motivation and mental health;there were significantly positive correlation between nursing postgraduates' achievement motivation and creativity tendency.(4)Achievement motivation and fathers educational degree and tutor lever are the main factors that influence the nursing postgraduates' creativity tendency. |
