Unlike traditional electronic health records management systems, electronic health records technology Cloud computing system of electronic health record data for data preprocessing and online storage management, make the data more efficiently through Cloud computing.Based on apache Hadoop designed an electronic health record for Hadoop Cloud platform, and the pre-processing of electronic health data and in accordance with " the basic structure of health records and data standards( Trial)" to build a set of standards in line with EHR HBase database. Personal electronic health records data stored in the Cloud platform, data exchange and business collaboration, Cloud platforms to provide services to all levels of medical institutions, doctors, individuals, research units.This paper introduces the concept of electronic health records and related deficiencies and defects, and introduced the basic situation of Cloud computing, as well as the development of existing electronic health records Cloud platform, and discusses the differences between EHR-Cloud and traditional EHR ’s. Secondly, the key technologies Hadoop platform : HDFS, Mapreduce, HBase. Unlike traditional EHR systems, Hadoop platform can integrate hardware resources to address the shortage of traditional EHR systems stand-alone capability shortcomings; super cluster server can use parallel computing capabilities to solve the problem of storing and reading of EHR. Hadoop, HBase databases can build an unlimited expansion of the database to achieve massive personal lifelong EHR data storage and retrieval, data mining do for subsequent data preparation.In this article, conducted experiments to build and configure the environment and on health care data, respectively, body motion capture data for program analysis and experiments for data preprocessing. After processing the data stored in them HBase instance, the basic realization of EHR functions. The experiments show that the link-based Hadoop of EHR-Cloud to meet the basic electronic health record data preprocessing and data storage needs.The concept of Cloud computing related technologies and applications to electronic health records information service, the ability to integrate the use of Cloud computing resources integrated electronic health records, health information sharing and exchange, with better economic and social significance. |
