| ObjectiveTo understand cardiovascular disease risk rate in the population of Henan province,to investigate the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease in high-risk population,to intervene for the screened high risk population,to guide the prevention and treatment of major cardiovascular risk factors in the province,to strive to prevent and reduce the occurrences of cardiovascular disease,and to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease,morbidity and mortality.MethodThe survey was carried out in Henan Province,using random number table,and multi-stage random sampling method.In the first stage,according to the distribution of urban and rural areas,4 counties and 2 districts were selected.In the second stage,3 townships(or street offices)were randomly selected from each county,and the third stage,2 villages(or communities)were selected from each township(or street Office),and all the 35-75 year olds in the village(or in the community)were all included in the survey.Finally,all the 35-75 year olds in 36 villages(or communities)were selected as the subjects of this study.The aim of this survey was to screen 61440 people,62503 people have been screened,of whom 62169 people were screened effectively.SPSS 17.0 software was used in data analysis.The general data including age,height,weight,blood pressure,BMI value,heart rate,blood fat and blood sugar of the screened population used x + S,and were compared by t test in different groups.Demographic characteristics,disease history,treatment history and risk behavioral factors were shown with rate or the constituent ratio;comparison between groups used x 2 test facility.The related influential factors in cardiovascular disease high risk population were analyzed by non conditional logistic single factor and multi-factor regression method.Result(1)A total of 62503 screening forms were obtained,of which 62169 were effectively screened.The minimum age of the screening subjects was 36 years;the maximum age was 79 years old;and the average age was(55.49±9.874)years.24351 men occupied 39.2%while 37818 women accounted for 60.8%.(2)13398 cases of high risk cardiovascular disease were screened out in this study.The high-risk rate was 21.6%,which was basically consistent with the high risk screening rate(22.9%)of cardiovascular risk population in 31 provinces in the same period.48771 cases were non high risk group,accounting for 78.4%.Among the high risk subjects,the average age was(59.09 ± 9.49)years,of which 6221 cases were male,accounting for 46.43%,and 7177 women were women,accounting for 53.57%.(3)the study found that high risk rate of men was 25.5%(6221 cases),higher than the female risk rate---19%(7177 cases),consistent with national screening(male 24.4%VS female 21.4%).The group of more than 65 years in high risk population was the highest---33.7%(3880 cases);the high-risk rate of overweight group and obesity group were relatively high,30.6%(3870 cases)and 22.8%(5892 cases)respectively.Among different types of household registration,the high-risk rate of agricultural population was higher,accounting for 22.1%(7994 cases).Among people of different marital status,the high-risk rate of the widowed people was higher---28.2%(905 cases).The high-risk rate of those with lower education level(of or below the primary school level)was higher---25.4%(5429 cases).The high-risk rate of the retirees and those with annual family income less than 5000 yuan was higher----25.3%(2561 cases)and 28.5%(1513 cases)respectively.(4)four high-risk types:8021 cases with high blood pressure were detected high-risk,occupying 12.9%of the total population;3269 cases with dyslipidemia were detected high-risk,occupying 5.3%;3300 cases with cardiovascular disease were detected high-risk,occupying 5.3%;2317 cases who were easily affected by diseases were detected high-risk,occupying 3.7%.(5)Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the risk of cardiovascular disease in women was less than men;with the increase of age,BMI,LDL,TG and drinking frequency,blood glucose levels,the risk of cardiovascular disease was increasing;cultural level and annual household low income people were more likely to suffer from cardiovascular risk;people with a history of hypertension and diabetes suffering from cardiovascular disease were significantly higher than those with neither of the two disease.Conclusion(1)The high risk rate of cardiovascular disease in Henan province was 21.6%in 2016,the prevention and control management of cardiovascular disease in this province needs to be strengthened.(2)The detection rates of four high risk types of cardiovascular diseases,namely,high blood pressure type,abnormal blood lipid type,cardiovascular history type and high risk type,were 12.9%,5.3%,5.3%and 3.7%respectively,and the high-risk rate of high blood pressure type was the highest.(3)Elevated HDL and female were protective factors in high risk people in cardiovascular disease.(4)Drinking,increasing BMI,age,increasing TC,LDL and TG,history of hypertension,diabetes,and low education were all risk factors for high risk people in cardiovascular disease. |
