Development And Application Study Of Education Pathway In Patients With Leukemia During Chemotherapy

ObjectivesEstablish a healthy education pathway during chemotherapy for leukemia patients.To explore the health education path for leukemia patients with anxiety depression during chemotherapy,the influence of the quality of life and self-efficacy.MethodsThe study had conducted into two phases.Part I:Used literature review,clinical research and Delphi to complete the content of health education path in leukemia patients with chemotherapy.Part II:In this study,the unit randomly divided into 1 and 2,namely path group and control group according to the drawing method.The control group carried out the healthy education in the normal healthy education mode currently used in the hematology department.Before and after chemotherapy,patients were given the hospital anxiety and depression scale,the life quality measurement scale of cancer patients and the self-efficacy scale of cancer patients.SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data,the main descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square,independent sample t-test,the Mann-Whitney U rank and inspection method,to test levels of alpha = 0.05,P = 0.05 or less for the difference was statistically significant.ResultsPart ?:The recovery rate of the first two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%,indicating that the experts' attention was high,and the expert authority was greater than 0.8,and the consultation results were scientific and feasible.In addition,the experts gave suggestions for modifying the items and established the education path in the chemotherapy period of leukemia patients according to the expert opinion.Part ?:Path group after intervention in patients with anxiety and depression(HADS-A)score(HADS-D),respectively(5.24±2.12)points,(5.12±2.63)and control group in patients with anxiety and depression(HADS-A)score(HADS-D),respectively(7.27±3.16),(7.03±4.54)points,the intergroup effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Independent sample t test before and after the intervention,according to the results of two groups of patients in physiology dimension,social/family dimension and emotional dimension,function dimension effect between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in positive attitude dimension,self-decision-making dimension and self-decompression dimension(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe healthy education pathway can improve the anxiety and depression in patients with leukemia;Can improve the quality of life of patients;Enhance patients' self-efficacy.
