ObjectiveTo discuss the application effect of personalized health education path,which is used in cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsThis researeh was performed in two consecutive phases.In the first phase,by the method of analyzing data,searehing evidences and consulting experts,The personalized health education path which is used in cerebral wasdesigned.In the second phase,90cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected byconvenience sampling.These patients were all conformed to the choosestandards and agree to take part in the research. The patients hospitalizedduring June to October of2011were studied as the controlled group,thepatients hospitalized during November of2011to March of2012were as theexperimental group..The members of two groups had no statistical differenceIn sex,age,NIHSS integral and education level(P>0.05). The experimentalgroup gives the health education nursing project to clinical pathway; the controlgroup uses the conventional health education project (the responsible nurseswho has different qualifications, education, work experience adopt health education). In order to judge the effects of the health education path,the elinicalnursing quality such as the patients’ satisfaction to the nursing, understandinglevel of disease relevant knowledge,the complieation accidental rate andself-efficacy were collceted as the evaluation indexes.Results1.The patients’ satisfaction to the nursing comparison: Through thestatistics analysis of the effects of this two nursing projects, the patients’satisfaction to the nursing compare between the experimental group andcontrol group has significant meaning (P<0.01). This illustrate theexperimental group is superior to the control group.2. Understanding level of disease relevant knowledge comparison:Through the statistics analysis of the effects of this two nursing projects, theunderstanding level of disease relevant knowledge compare between theexperimental group and control group has significant meaning (P<0.01). Thisillustrate the experimental group is superior to the control group.3.The complieation accidental rate comparison: On the aspect of thecomplieation accidental rate comparison between the experimental group andcontrol group, the complieation accidental rate of the experimental group is4.44%and th the control group is17.78%,the compare between theexperimental group and control group has significant meaning (P <0.05).4. Self-efficacy comparison: On the aspect of the self-efficacy comparisonbetween the experimental group and control group, the compare between theexperimental group and control group has significant meaning(P<0.01), Thisillustrate the experimental group is superior to the control group.Conclusions1. With the clinical pathway of health education nursing project by thedirection of PDCA,the clinical nursing quality would be improved,the patients’ satisfaction to the nursing was improved,the patients would get rehabilitationfaster, awareness of health knowledge was improved and the patientsadherence rate was improved.2. Quality of clinical nursing improved significantly, strengthening thefunction of nursing, significantly improving the nurse-patient relationship, andnursing values be fully represented. Nurses also facilitated growth.3. Application of health education mode in health education to optimizecare processes, improve quality of care, effectively reduce the occurrence ofclinical complications.4. Specification for application of health education path pattern of healtheducation, strengthen nursing functions, care values are fully reflected and play,contributed to the growth of specialist nurses and nursing professionaldevelopment.
