Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaojianzhong Decoction in treating yin-jaundice(spleen deficiency syndrome),and to evaluate the effectiveness of Xiaoyangzhong Decoction on yin-jaundice(spleen deficiency syndrome)and provide a better basis for clinical use. Methods: Eighty patients who met the criteria of yin-jaundice(spleen deficiency syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each. The control group was given conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with Xiaojianzhong Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine decoction,on the basis of the control group. The treatment duration was 8 weeks in both groups.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores, liver function, coagulation parameters, and safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups and perform statistical analysis and evaluation of therapeutic effects.Result:1.Total efficacy of clinical syndromes: The total effective rate was 86.21% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom scores:(1)Compare the treatment group's syndrome scores of hypochondriac pain, fatigue, anorexia, bloating, loose stools, nausea, vomiting, and jaundice before and after treatment,P<0.01,with significant statistics.difference.(2)Compared with the control group before and after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in P<O.05 for syndrome scores such as anorexia, fatigue, and abdominal distension. Before and after the treatment in the control group, the scores of syndromes of jaundice, hypochondriac pain, loose stool, nausea and vomiting were compared,P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference.(3)At the 8th week of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in symptom scores of hypochondriac pain, fatigue, abdominal distention, anorexia, loose stools, and nausea(P<0.05).The jaundice symptom score was P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.3.Liver function response: after the end of observation, serum ALT,AST,and TBi values decreased in the two groups.Analysis showed that serum ALT,AST,and TBil values were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Coagulation function response:After treatment, the PTA values of the two groups increased, but after analysis, there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Between the two groups after treatment,P> 0.05,no statistical difference.5.Safety evaluation: No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups before and after treatment, and the safety was good. Conclusion: 1.Xiaojianzhong decoction has good efficacy in treating patients with yin-jaundice(spleen-deficiency syndrome),and can improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of some patients.2.Xiaojianzhong decoction can effectively improve the liver function of patients with yin-jaundice(spleen deficiency syndrome),reduce bilirubin and transaminase levels, safe and effective,no obvious toxic side effects.
