The Clinical Effect Of Tai Chi Pots On The Treatment Of Late Pneumonia In Children

Objective: Through clinical trials,observe and evaluate the score reduction rate of primary and secondary symptoms and total recovery time of children with pneumonia before and after treatment.To explore the clinical efficacy of Tai Chi pot therapy for children with pneumonia in later stages,provide clinical basis for the treatment of children with pneumonia,and better play its role in the prevention and treatment for children.With pneumonia.Methods: Using randomized controlled clinical studies,90 patients with pediatric outpatient department and inpatient department from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who meet the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia in Chinese medicine pneumoconiosis syndrome and western medicine bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into cupping group,medicine ironing group and control group according to the order of visits.Each group has 30 cases.All groups of children were diagnosed and treated according to "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in children";According to "Chinese medicine and Pediatrics," different syndromes(lung,spleen deficiency,yin deficiency and lung heat)using the corresponding Chinese herbal decoction orally as the basic treatment;cupping group was given basic treatment + Tai Chi cupping therapy;medicine ironing group was given basic treatment + medicine ironing therapy;while the control group was given only basic treatment.The course of treatment was 10 days.The degree of rale dissipation on third,seventh,tenth days before and after treatment,the symptoms of cough,sputum and the total score of secondary symptoms and the total recovery time were observed.The results were compared with non parametric tests for data statistics and analysis.Results: 1 ? The Tai Chi cupping therapy was superior to other groups in promoting the dissipation of rales in the lung(p<0.05).2?Compared with the control group,cupping group and medicine-ironing group were able to effectively reduce the total score of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms(p<0.05),there was no significant difference between the cupping group and the medicine ironing group(p>0.05);3?Compared with the control group,cupping group and medicine-ironing group can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients.Conclusion: 1,Tai Chi pot therapy can promote the dispelling of rales in pneumonia's later stage of children and improve the scores of TCM Syndrome.2.Tai Chi pot therapy can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients;3.The Tai Chi cupping operation is simple and convenient,and the clinical curative effect is reliable,which is worth to applying in clinical.
